25Worst provider ever. DONT NOT USE THEM. They will steal your money and turn off our service for no reason then charge you to restart the service. This has happened multiple times to me. Unfortunately they are the only provider I can use because of the dumb place I live. If you can avoid it do not use this company!
The worst internet provider I have ever used. If you plan on gaming or streaming be prepared to exercise the last bit of patience you have. Gaming glitches 80% of the time. You may get decent connectivity 3 out of the 31 days of the month. Absolute garbage of a company. Please shut down and let other companies provide their services.
46+ mins on hold and i guess the customer service rep is having lunch/dinner since it really sounds like she eating on the phone.grossss! The customer service people have no clue what customer service is. They act as though they have something better to do than to help with your issues.
