Left me with a bad battery brand new for over a year. A year later an oreillys in virginia swapped it for me. Bought an alternator they said i needed.took it to another place, they said it was good. Today was no better, 10 employees, i still had to wait on 1.

Frank, was helpful with customers and his coworker. A young lady learning the ropes. He exuded a lot of patience's.

If it weren't for Alazay I wouldn't have even given you a 3. She deserves 5 stars. When I walked in I thought that I was walking into Autozone, every man behind a register saw me didn't acknowledge me and dug their heads into their computers to avoid eye contact. Oh and there was no line so there is no excuse.
The stores in the 78237 area would never treat customers like that. Unfortunately your location had the part that I needed.

Best oreillys in town if not the best auto parts store in town excellent service and excellent staff members, homer and frank are great guys, always a good experience. Highly recommended

I am a stroke surviver (disabled) and 61 years old and was treated with total disregard! The total lack of empathy really surprised me, and made me wonder how these guys would feel if they're dad or uncle or Grandpa was treated with such disregard and lack of common deacentcy? SHAME ON YOU O'Reilly! Hope you or your family never gets treated so poorly! GOD BLEES YOU'ALL, MAY GOD forgive you all!

Associate Frank was extremely helpful, courteous. He assist with purchasing a battery for my mother's car key remote.although it was later in the evening on 6/22/30 he was very patient.

I probably go to O'Reilly's every 3 days. I have been working on the family cars these past weeks. We have 7 and so far I just need to get two more of them up and running so they can be inspected and insured. I just like going in to the parts store to get what I need quickly and I go to O'Reilly's when other auto parts stores are out of stock or have to order a part. I worked for one of their competitors for 10 years so I pretty much know how things work as far as part numbers and products.

Prices are getting high and they're only seem to be a few people that actually know what they're actually looking for the rest of the painting the computer they can't find it so it didn't help a hobbyist

Greeted nicely and was told to ask if we had any questions. Once we were ready to pay nothing. 4 employees all at the front with no other customers and we were ignored. Not one single guy told us to give them a minute. We were just ignored.

Even do I had the wrong part, they helped me out and they found it to another store, and I'm glad they did, and my wife is happy too because we fixed her car

I'd like to nominate Ruben for worst customer server! I had called to find out if my battery was still under warranty. Ruben answered, and instead of helping me out, he put me on hold for TWENTY THREE MINUTES! By the time he got back to the phone, I had already gotten in my car, drove to the nearest O'Reilly's, and swapped out batteries. I really hope O'Reilly's takes into consideration my nomination for Ruben as WORST CUSTOMER SERVER!

4 some reason i like the smell of oil.this place is super clean, these guys know their parts! I did buy a pair of windshield wipers n i will buy next time fr dealer, i don't thik they last as long as dearler.u r in and out, they make sure u r attend right away 2 go on with ur busy life.

Couldn't get my oil top off to put oil. So O'Reilly's worker with superhuman strength came to help. With his superior knowledge and muscles he was able to remove the top with seemingly no effort at all! Thus the day was saved and my wife always reminds me that someday with hard work and testosterone injections on a monthly basis, i too one day could become the man she always wanted me to be! Thanks O'Reilly's Auto parts!

I can always get what l need and If they don't have it they'll order it and you don't have to keep bringing it back for the wright one especially electrical. Nice and helpful people. Thanks for remembering who's the customer.
