27I have always had great experiences at this location. The staff friendly and knowledgeable as well.
Very bad customer service, dont come here it well be just a waste of time with no help, and they are very rude.
I bought a Permatex mirror adhesive for my rear view mirror because the adhesive had worn down and it fell off the windshield. I asked for assistance putting on the mirror and was help with it at first as we follow the instructions on the back of the package. All was well untill after 30 mins then the mirror fell off again, i came back to O'Reilly to see if they could replace the product so we can apply the adhesive again but was met with rudeness. The man at the counter just told me that the instructions on the package was wrong and I needed to apply it a certain way, then told me they couldnt do the replacement and that I would have to buy another package. Just help your customers out and replace a 3.99 product! I had receipt in hand but was treated like an idiot. I wouldnt be making a big deal about 3.99 if it wasnt for the poor customer service! Never going back to this auto shop, there are plenty more that will treat me better.
The male clerks always makes me feel inferior to the male customers that come in AFTER me & get attended to first. Then when I let them know that I was there first, I get huffs & feel rushed to complete my transaction.
Yes there was an awsome lady there. I'm sorry I'm bad with names.but she was awsome to help me with everything.
My costumer service experience at this location always was at their best, but Today! The worse experience #ever! I believe the manager at this moment is joe which argued me down about some not worth arguing about. Wow!
Well what I can tell on line showing the have the part in stock but was not like that it's really awful they don't have a proper account of what they sell
