Ask for Betsy! She is the best leasing agent ever. She will greet you with a big smile and help you through the whole process. Excellent Property, location, and Staff.

This is honesty the worst apartment complex I have ever resided in. No one answers work orders. I’ve had a work order in for a week and no one has attempted to correct the issue. I attempted to sit down with you already and the apartment complex manager stated “it’s almost time for me to get off. ”

I truly believe this property is beautiful, the apartments are very comfy and they will show you the exact unit you will move into. The views are very amazing and I know the staff has changed in the past but right now the staff they’ve had for the past 6 months is amazing. Things are truly looking up.

Worst place to live. Already addressed management team. We felt like we lived in smoke. Our neighbors smoked a lot which lead to closing off the second part of the apartment. My 9 year old and 2 year old had to sleep in living room the whole time during our short term lease. We paid for upgrades. Be careful. The refrigerator looked like it got hit or elbowed a couple of times yet we paid for stainless steel appliances. Oh did I mention we moved into a unit that was dirty. Dust and dirt all over the floors. In return we were charged for dirty floor, toilets et cetera. Find another place to move to. Unless you are a dirty smoker, love having bad leasing staff. Enjoy swimming in pools that do not work half the time and are dirty. Or like to get shocked at the gate every time you type your password just to get inside. "This is your place! "

I wish I could give -10 for this property. This place used to be amazing until the new management took over the place. Seriously, all the staff there are just a disaster. They are rude, condescending, and unprofessional, which makes me so confused cause they don't have any reason for that. Watch out if you consider moving in there, they will find chances to charge you more for any occasions. I am just telling you that this is ridiculous. Notice that the rating for this property used to be around 3.8 and it has rapidly dropped to 2.6 in what? Less than one year? Don't even think about visiting this one. The worst in Stone Oak.

Update since moving: Absolutely do not live here! We lived there for over a year and after the new management took over it was a nightmare. Since moving out, nearly 3 months ago, we just now received an itemized list of charges that we still owe such as cleaning carpet, replacing blinds, and cleaning bathtub, when there was not ANY excess wear and tear than normal after living a year in a place. This is the fourth apartment we have ever lived in and NEVER had this problem anywhere else. We also have received our deposit back in full everywhere else, or at least received a list of some deductions in a timely manner. There's a reason that they keep giving out two free months for new tenants because they can't retain anyone.

Beautiful location and great apartments. However, the new management has been a disappointment. It takes long periods of time for them to get to concerns. You can never get anyone on the phone, where with the old staff you could speak with someone immediately. As someone that is never home during their office hours, this is a huge problem. Also, the upkeep of the complex has gone way down. The gates are never working, the fitness room and bathrooms are usually filthy, they don't provide wipes for the gym equipment anymore, and the machines are often times not all working. There was even very inappropriate graffiti that was drawn on someone's pod. Their communication is also very poor, several times the codes for the office or the front gate have been changed and no one
has informed us. Our lease is coming to an end soon and we are actively searching for other places to live.

So far I lived in this complex for 3 months, and this has been the worst apts we have lived in by far. Cosmetically, they are nice and apealing to the eye but unfortunately with the management that keeps changing, it makes it to difficult to retain relationships with their residents.
Please read if you consider moving here:
The trash situation has got to be the worst.
There is always trash over flowing.
Here's an idea Instead of having that service to "pick up the trash" (which we get charged and don't even use)
Invest in another trash bin on the other side of the complex some were.
Its always unpleasing to invite family and friends over to such a nice looking apt and then all that trash there right at the entrance! How could you even do tours? !
Its disgusting.
Next make sure to put a work order like a month or two ahead because the maintance are so behind, it will take them about a month to get to you.
Also, the gate code was changed and we were not notified of the change!
We called, they said they sent out emails and would send out flyers they never did. And I asked my neighbors and they were not notified either.which caused a long line of confusion for about 10 minutes while trying to come inside.
&The gate has also been broken multiple times.
Also last month I paid my full Bill (rent water and etc.) and they said they never got the water. I asked why? And she laughed and said sometimes we do, and sometimes we don't.just depends On the system that day.
In conclusion, I would not recommend these apts to anyone. Too pricey. For the way these apts conduct themselves.
Dont plan to renew.

My family and I have lived here for 4 years and just like anywhere else it's had it's ups and downs. It wasn't well managed for a while but it has slowly taken a turn for the better. Cynthia and Betsy are always willing to help resolve an issues or problems that we may have.

Was just given a tour of the apartments by Kara. She was so unprofessional. First off, she did not introduce herself. We had to ask her name. The best part was that Kara was texting the whole time while giving the tour. Even when asking questions her face was in her phone. The apartments where decent, but she was a huge turn off. Will not be renting here! I feel bad for the rest of the staff because Kara made them look horrible.
