Papa John's Pizza, Houston TX

This place is rude and just cuts you off. I was just calling to confirm a delivery and placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I don't care if it's busy if properly staffed situations like this wouldn't happen.

Awesome customer service and the delivery was fast too! I will definitely order from this location again. I had to cancel my order with Dominos because they told me 45 mins to an hour and then said itl be another 30mins because the driver left my pizzas n only have 1 driver. An hour and a half after lunch is too long. Pappa John's got my pizza made n delivered under 30mins I'm very pleased with them!

I would just like to say how amazing Wayne was! I have never had an issue with PaPa Johns before, this was the 1st time i had an issue, and it wasnt even that bad, but Wayne made it right! I appreciate the costumer service of this location so much! The food has always been amazing and knowing that they have great employees and an amazing manager makes it all the more better! Thank you all for treating your costumers amazing!

I love papa johns pizza over any other pizza place. This store has a great team but I hate the fact that I can't pick my pizza guy. I like to tip big and last time the pizza guy was nice and polite.plus he had manners. I wanted the same pizza guy but got told I couldn't request someone I am really upset about this. I think if I wanted to tip a certain person they should let that person come.
