Parc at South Green, Houston TX

We have been living here going on four years now. We have been threw 2 management changes and must say Stacy and LaKesha in the office are amazing. We had to move from upstairs to a downstairs last year due to my wife's medical condition. They made it easy.not only did they get us an upgraded apt. They helped us move. Anytime we have an issue they make sure they take care of us. The sense of security and peace of mind knowing I can call the office and they are there to help no problems. Really make it feel like home.not just an apt complex. The maintenance guys are quick to fix things. They have really upgraded the grounds and make this place nice to come home to. We will not be going anywhere any time soon. Thank you Stacy and Kesha.

The staff is very sweet and nice. Gave me good estimated prices when it came to what I would be paying monthly and making the move a smooth transition. They will also work with you with any problems that you might have.

LaKeisha was nothing short of professional. Her knowledge and kindness made this a easy decision for me! Can’t wait to move in!

My apartment got robbed, they didn't even care, they left us with a broken door locks for a whole day, they took 2 week to fix our toilet after cutting around it, thanks god we had 2 bathrooms, they only care about money, even though i moved to a house they still sending me mails asking for utility's bills while i paid everything off before i moved out, please who ever is reading keep looking around you will find a way better places

In my time where my health went downhill, folks at the office gave me peace of mind while they checked on my apartment and car. Thank you:)

Very nice. Two bedroom townhouse is in a great location. Only downside I’ve had is parking, I get off late so all the closer parking is full. Process to getting in and approved was simple and easy. The ladies in the front office are all very nice and charismatic. Any problems we found during move in was addressed immediately. So far so good.

Moved in 6 months ago and am so glad to only be 10 minutes from work. A friend of mine lived here 2 years ago and I actually reluctant to look at the community because of what they looked like when she lived here But with the upgrades and renovations. I'm so glad I did!

Overall we’ve had a pleasant experience here. I wish the walls weren’t as thin and you all actually dealt with noise complaints. We no longer complain about it we are looking to leave.

Nice property and amenities but the noise level can get out of hand and the tenants don’t take care of the property.

I love it here. Very friendly neighbors and great staff I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!

One of the best apartments I lived in I love living here I have no problems I been here going on 3 years every time My contract is due for renewal I keep renewing over and over because I love being here the management and the people in the office are so polite and sweet they are always Receive with a big smile as soon as you walk inside the door They are always up-to-date taking care these apartments All the apartments around here this are the best 1 one to live in i love it here One of the best decisions we did moving in here

Recently moved from another state to Houston! When I tell y’all Lakisha does her thang! She does just that! She was absolutely helpful with helping me make a smooth transitions! I was off the plan into my apt as soon as I pulled into the gates! I’m am so grateful for Parc At South green! Property looks amazing, quite and homey! Don’t get me started on the actual apartment! GORGEOUS!

Me and my husband have lived in these apartments for a little over 3 years now. In the beginning everything seemed great. The layout was great and it seemed to be well maintained. Then after our first few months things seem to go downhill. First off the parking has been miserable. If you come in after 5/6pm good luck finding a decent place to park near your building. And if you do find parking more than likely the car you are trying to park next to are double parked! On top of that the maintenance issues have been nonstop, at least for us. First issue was anytime our upstairs neighbors would take a shower the water would leak through the ceiling and drench our entire master bathroom. We would put in multiple tickets to get it fixed, they would come out, look at the mold on our ceiling and tell us if there isn’t an active leak they can’t do anything about it. And on top of that if you aren’t bilingual good luck trying to talk to the maintenance personnel. Secondly, anytime it rains the door frame on our front door pours water into our apartment. Also there are so many bug issues within this complex along with horrible appliances and unworthy cabinets. The most recent issues we have had was our refrigerator going out and our laundry room flooding due to the rain. We are currently on day 5 of them NOT coming out to replace the refrigerator. All of the food we just bought has gone to waste. I called the office twice to get a follow up and the same thing was said “we will send someone out by today”. IT NEVER HAPPENED! As for the laundry room, the emergency maintenance person took 3 hours to come look at the issue. He looked at it and said he wouldn’t be able to do anything about it until maybe Friday. It is currently Wednesday with rain being in the forecast for the next few days! I wish I could post all the pictures and videos I have to show you all the proof I have of all of these issues. I’ve tried to remain patient but now we are completely frustrated and over this complex. This will definitely be our last couple of months here. Also the management here has MAYBE two people within its office that I would consider nice and professional. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

I love these apartments! Great place to live! Ms. Lakeisha have a absolute beautiful spirit and is a great asset to the leasing office team! She made me feel more than welcome and make this place feel like home before even receiving the unit! Plan on staying here for years! Only downfall would be the parking because a it’s very hard to find parking at night but other than that I have no complaints!

I recently signed a lease here & the entire process has been stress free. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by LaKeisha & I was very impressed with her customer service skills and willingness to match me with an ideal unit. LaKeisha also kept me updated with the application process so I was never wondering about anything. Now that everything is done, I absolutely love living in my unit. Parking is ok, it’s better than my last residence so I’m pleased lol. It’s pretty quiet around my building & The upkeep around the buildings are great.

The office staff and maintenance crew are great. They respond to any problems u nay have within a day, its hard to find that. My family and I love living here.

Love what they've done with the property! Can't wait for pool season again! The staff says there's even more exciting amenities to come.hoping it's something I'll use!

I love living here, the atmosphere is relaxation. The staff is extremely nice. Ms. Lakisha is such an amazing person you never know when she's having a bad day. Thank you Lakeisha for giving away free positive energy it means alot to the residents.

I just moved in recently and I just have to say Joshua in the office is amazing. Always polite and makes living here that much better!
