24Management is responsive and polite. The maintenance team is proactive, if there are any issue in your apartment you can expect a response in the same day. The new Apartments looks great, I would love to possibly upgrade to a space with updated cabinets, besides that a great place to live. Lakeisha is a wonderful person, management is lucky to have her on the team.

I love my apartment, I am now in my second lease agreement with Parc at South Greens. I adore Lakesha in the leasing office she has been such a great help from the beginning. My only complaint is the parking spaces are a tad bit on the small side and fill up quick so it's times I have to park in the visitors parking on the back gate a little way from my apartment. Other than that it's extremely quiet and nobody bothers my property which is a major plus.
Moved in a few months ago, and we love our apartment! The leasing staff is amazing, especially LaKeisha, she went out of her way to make sure that our leasing process was as smooth as it could be. Love that we get emails about anything that is going on in the complex. Our neighbors are nice, quiet and keep to themselves. Definitely recommend anyone to live here!
