Park 'N Fly, Coppell TX

Why can’t you pick up people fast, just now only i read the reviews. Really very very bad service, they don’t even care about picking up from the airport. We have to call them at least 3 times. If you guys are taking park n fly, please make sure to call these people before getting out from flight. Otherwise you may have to wait for long time.

Horrible service. We had to wait for more than 35 min to get the shuttle, in bwtn we called 4 times to the office, each time they say he/she closer to the airport. Please folks think 3,4 times before parking your car with park n fly. We saw parking spot 4 times, i think park n fly is not at all customer friendly people. This is the 2nd time we had the same thing, first one is from different airport, we are mot going to park our car at this facility. Really bad experience

Terribly slow shuttle pick up. I have been currently waiting for over 50 minutes at DFW. I will never be using y’all again. Which Is a bummer. Been using around 10years and the past 2 times have been like this. I would avoid this service completely. Use another parking service. Don’t waste your time or sanity. Not worth it.

If you are ok to wait for longer time outside the airport, this is your place. You can watch others going with their courtesy vehicle, these people will teach you how long can you wait. Never recommend them, I don’t want to blame the drivers, they are nice, management needs to improve.

Very bad service, this is 2nd time we had the same experience, not going to park with them anymore. We saw parking spot shuttle 4 times while we were waiting. We waited 40 min, in between called the office 3 times. I am not blaming the driver, he is helpless in this situation. Management please take care of this issue more seriously. After landing, waiting outside the airport for 45 min or more is too much,

At Park ‘N Fly, I like the Drivers because they are always willing to help with bags and I always wish I had more cash to tip. At checkout, they always offer cold water and it’s just what you need after a flight and on your way home. Thank you

Having over 200 park days at the Minneapolis ParkNFly with always 5 Service I was thrilled to see one start at DIA.
Sadly was not even worth 1 star!
Reservations and paid in advance but didn’t recognize the bar code. Usual entry closed and had drive around. Got parked and 2 vans leaving but none in sight. Left engine running and lights on and put bags in the driving isle so would be way to spot me. Had van stop on the cross (main) lane and ask if going to airport (like not obvious?). I replied yes - but driver couldn’t even wait for me to take picture of parking spot #. Since he did not come down the isle, realized I would not get the usuals card with that info. Another van drove right by he isle (I was easy to see) ignoring me. Eventually had to run and chase down a van. Left lost >20 minutes after parking. So not worth the price and will go back to using other options at DIA!

They charge way more than what they advertise. I end-up paying more than double ($15.99 per day) to park there for 10days. Where as they advertise very low. Would not recommend or personally parking there again.

Driver pulled up quickly to pick us up and we’re very courteous. Upon return, we were picked up quickly, as well. Friendly drivers and plenty of room to park. Always use Park ‘N Fly.

Awesome service. Recommend highly for those that are not familiar with dfw airport and don’t want to risk missing their flight it over paying for parking! Clean, professional, and most importantly affordable.

Always a pleasure to do bussines with this company. Staff super helpfull and super fast. All this at a fair price.

I know when I get in that van, I’m almost home. Drivers are always helpful. One day I left my phone in the van and the driver looped around and brought it to me at the terminal. I made my flight and he saved my trip from being a hassle.

Love the location (LBJ and Royal in Dallas). It's a straight shot from our house - much more convenient than the competition - and being picked up and dropped off right at our SUV was great. The staff is always super-helpful and friendly. Park 'n Fly is the only long-term parking option that I use when we fly out of DFW.

I like the price of the parking and the convenience of getting picked up at my car with little or no wait. Also, the pickup at the airport was very quick and I was taken to my car immediately and on my way home in no time. Great FRIENDLY service was had all around! Thank you.

Park n Fly is so convienent and affordable. The covered parking is great. Protects your car from the hail we get in the DFW area.

I love how quickly the shuttle pulls in to get my luggage and me when I park and the convenience and speed of the delivery to the airport terminal. The drivers are so friendly and courteous!

Speedy ride to the airport immediately upon exiting your vehicle. When arriving back in town, we had only just exited the airport and the van was pulling up the drive. Great service.
