31My major concern was waiting for pick-up after I landed, however, there is always a van there within 5-10 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!
We parked without a problem and got to the airport but we had to wait over 30 minutes to be picked up. We watched at least 10 vans from The Spot go by. When I called I got no answer. I will not use this service again.
After landing at DFW on a Sunday evening, had to wait 45+ minutes for a shuttle even after calling twice requesting a pick up. By the time I got to my car, it was over an hour and half after my flight landed. Sub-par service compared to the other competitors at DFW.
I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and fast service. The shuttle service had almost zero wait time during pickup and drop off. All the drivers we dealt with were very friendly.

I recommend Park N Fly, affordable, professional employees and a lot of room to park. I left my Hybrid for 5 days and came back to find it exactly how I left it.
The drivers were friendly and prompt! No issue other than having to wait for drivers at airport.
Shuttle to and from DFW was quick - less than a 5 minute wait. A lot cheaper than the DFW parking lot. GREAT Service
I take leave my car here every time I drive up from Austin to travel out of DFW. The facilities are great, the shuttle drivers are very kind, and the cashier attendants are awesome too. I’m always offered bottled water when I’m exiting, which is such a nice touch. And all of this for a moderate price (even for the covered parking).
What else can I say about this place but fast and friendly staff. Always come to park here for my travels. Everything here says 5 stars and the prices are unbeatable.
I used this service for the first time. It was amazing! I was wondering when I arrived how it worked and where I needed to go to take the shuttle, but I turned around and the shuttle was right there behind me at my car. When I arrived back to pick up my car Apryl the driver was so nice! My flight was severely delayed and she was so sweet and pleasant! Thank you Apryl for getting me to my car safely! I hope you enjoy living in Dallas!
