I called Tony Nguyen at Park Place Automotive in search for the Mercedes GLB250 4Matic of my choice. There was only one left that met our specifications and Tony saved it for us as we made the 150 mile trek in from East Texas. We made the purchase with Tony and we were impressed with his professional efficiency and his thoroughness and time he devoted to go over the details of of our new vehicle. We felt very fortunate to have Tony as our sales professional who has followed up with our purchase offering us his input if we have future questions about the new vehicle. We really appreciate his courtesy, dedication and knowledge.
I dropped my mothers car off with Matt the service advisor which he acts like he doesn’t like his job had all the wrong information about the had it listed under the deal name I purchased the car at not once did he call and tell when the car would be ready I sent my wife to pick up the car and they couldn’t find it and yes I spent 2800 do that place sucks
They seriously don’t care. They made me wait 30 minutes just to see a advisor. Me and my family we bought 5 cars from them just in 2020. Will never recommend any of my family members at least in this location.

I purchased a Mercedes from Carvana and needed to update the owner's info and inquire about purchasing prepaid services.
My first encounter when I walked in was with Mark Kelly, the concierge; he was very welcoming ; not only did he get my account info switched over, he took some time to show me some of the main features in my car, which was needed and very helpful. Once he finished, he directed me to services where I had an encounter with David, told him what I needed, he was very diligent and got me to Claire. Clair just put the cherry on top. She took her time and got the info needed for everything and some!
This was my first encounter with Mercedes; they set the bar.

I had my car there by 10. All they had to do was get my trunk open. I go by at 2 to pick it up, they hadn't started on it. Worse, they didn't even have me on the list (um, I'm not sure where your car is). Had to wait 2 additional hours. No apology, coupon for car wash (nothing). Complained to management who was supposed to have someone named Eduardo contact me. Surprise, I never heard from him. I had heard good things but my experience with them was aweful!

Customer service representative was great five but the car wash service was not good at all it seem like they half wash my vehicle finger prints on Windows and mirrors has water spots and the wheels still has dirt on them last but not least carpet was vacuum thoroughly
I had a great expereience at Park Place with Joel and Craig Best. However it started with an awful experience with Judy Choung. She is awful, unprofessional, and I wont recommend her to anyone.
We left Park Place dealership with our beautiful Mercedes taking about how easy the buying experience was. No pressure and straight forward. Off course this was because our salesman Craig Best made it so easy.
Craig Best made the experience of buying a car really pleasant. I felt more like he was advicing and guiding me on my behalf.
