Let's just say that I've been here several times and I can say that I received better service when I owned a Pontiac. I've dealt with several service technicians and one of them was just plain RUDE when speaking to me, there was another customer that over heard and literally was in disbelief when he walked away. Even making an appointment the ladies just seem very unhappy to be at work.

I was planning on visiting Autos of Dallas for a preowned car but visited Park Place first. Great experience and no pushy sales. Auto buying process was very fast and was in and out. Since PP has an auto auction where other dealers buy crud cars from, there is a comfort knowing that the preowned cars in their actual lot are in sound condition and can be trusted more than the cheaper dealers that buy from auctions.

Randy Massey went above and beyond to help me get an amazing car and get a good deal. He made everything as easy as possible so the entire buying process was enjoyable and very fast. I highly reccomend buying a car through Park Place Mercedes and going through Randy.

Had an appointment booked at the Dallas location, called the day before to confirm, once I got there I was told my appointment was at the FTW location, when I called the FTW location they confirmed my appointment was in fact in the Dallas dealership, what gives?

I leased a car from Levy in June, and the car was declared a total loss the first week of October after an accident. I called Levy, and he got me into a new 2019 E300 (same car, but more car) next day. Next day to my fault because I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of through my insurance company.

The whole process of buying my car was so easy - from start to finish: including searching vehicle options online and signing paperwork on the iPad. Almost immediately after signing up for more information, I was contacted by phone, text and email — which allowed me to communicate with the team in the way I was most comfortable. And the iPad made the contract process much less overwhelming than previous car purchases — which again, elevated the whole experience.

We have had negative experience with a different Mercedes dealership in the past and was ready to forget about leasing/owing a Mercedes in the future. Our experience changed with this dealership and in particular Luis Tovar. Luis Tovar was incredible from start to finish. He was very responsive and was able to find just what we wanted. He was very professional but at the same time very likable! We will definitely be working with him and Park Place Mercedes in the future. Highly recommend!

This place is totally upscale I'll have to take my car there to get some work done and these people are true professionals they have a luxurious showroom their staff is professional courteous kind they really know what they're doing there my car was squeaky clean when I got it back they updated us on the service from start to finish they even gave us a price break on the repairs so definitely can get five stars and repeat business
