Parkland Urgent Care Clinic, Dallas TX

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I'm glad I make my own opinions because I didn't experience anything negative during my first visit last night. I was only there an hour and treated with professionalism. The staff was very friendly and laughed with me. I've already recommended a close family member needing care to go here. I'll visit again if ever needed.

Nurses completely ignored me and when they ordered medication I waited and waited and never received it. They don't care to do anything but gossip

Don't get cheated thinking this is an urgent care. They lure you saying it is an urgent care and no one will tell you while treating it is an emergency visit. You will be surprised when you receive the bill as emergency visit. I called before visiting, and the front desk person told, if we visit before 12 AM, it would be treated as Urgent care. We went for a finger cut for which we are charged with 1000+ dollars. When called Customer service, they are blackmailing it will go to collections and you will have to suffer and take no responsibility on what the front desk person told us. Couldn't give zero stars

This is an ER, they will bill you as an ER even though it is an urgent care. Be aware because the price difference is tremendous. The staff was great though, no complaints there. They need to change the name because it is very misleading.

Don't come here. Something was very much wrong with me and the nurses were very concerned but it took HOURS till a doctor came to tell me she had absolutely no idea what was wrong with me. Around 3k to sit around, wait, and to have doctors not know a single thing about what was going on with my body. Wow. This made me think, heck, maybe I should be a doctor here too if i can get paid for making people wait and not know what's wrong with them.

Very disrespectful staff. Only able to see nurse practitioners. Very cold. Doctor's are worse. They have no respect for new mom's. Very inconsiderate, dont have any emotional intelligence and dont have ant any compassion. Would not recommend any friend or family member to come here. I would definitely not see Dr. Roberts at the Wish Clinic at the High Risk clinic.

What's the purpose of this clinic if they still take long as if you would of gone through the emergency room? ! This is RIDICULOUS! We been here since 5: 30 and then they transfer us to another room in the emergency side to continue with the care because they close at 8PM and just so they can tell us the results of her bloodwork and to finish the Plan Of Care. Can't they just send us home and call us another day with the results as other clinics would!

I've been at the clinic since 12: 45pm. Appointment at 12: 50p. Walked out at 5: 43pm! Sonogram took only an hour or hour and fifteen. The rest of that time was WAITING! This is the worst place to get prenatal healthcare. I swear if I wasn't going into my last trimester I would be on the look for another provider.

Nurse practitioner Kara Hicks at Urgent Care is the most ugliest human being there could possibly be. I don't understand how she can work around patients all day and hate her job. Either that or she's just flat out racist!

I have always loved parkland hospital. They test and, many primary doctor's won't lift a finger to help me. But, they do.

This clinic is actually a fraudulent practice! Not exaggerating or trolling. They bill as an emergency room and completely misdiagnosed me and prescribed contraindicated medicine, and theirs currently under investigation. NEVER go here.

Ok.so I arrived at 12: 00 had an appointment at 12: 45 and didn’t get called until like 4: 30seriously what are the appointments for then? I saw people that had just arrived get called and they even left before me.seriously

I had a positive experience today at Parkland's Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in the bldg to my final evaluation, each employee, all the nurses, and the doctor was friendly and helpful. They had smiles on their face while interacting with me. They were respectful and courteous, and very professional. It is refreshing to see folks who enjoy their job and enjoy helping people. Thanks, Parkland!

While the wait could be better, I have been to this urgent care a few times for an infected ingrown toenail, now while this was a couple of years ago, I was attended by Michael Glass, a PA, I believe and he was amazing! Excellent bedside manner and put me at ease. The second time I went back, I only wanted to see Michael and wasn’t as nervous about getting my toenail removed.

It was fast but man doctors just dont really care they just want to get there money and dont really hear you out. My doctor just looked at me and when i told him more of my symptoms just told me i should go to my primary doctor i would of gone if it wasnt closed after i got out of work i would of gone.idk just dont be a doctor if you really dont like your job. Terriable

Parkland's Urgent Care is fast and efficient, I was there at 9am and discharged at 11am. Its super clean and everyone is so friendly. Loving the new building!

Went to the urgent care in a lot of pain. Got nothing for the pain. Why are they there. Why am I suffering because morons are abusing things. I am on a 6 month waiting list for a pc doctor. In the meantime what help am I getting? Really?

Really reliable staff no complaints about this clinic every time I come I get quality attention and care thank you Parkland!

Best urgent care center in town. Super clean and short wait times. The doctor and all his staff was so incredibly nice. So happy I found this facility.

The worst treatment place that I've ever seen in my entire life! Die in your bed don't go to this hospital. Period!
