AVOID THIS PLACE, unless you're dragged here against your will. My review is specifically in regards to Dr. Owen Benjamin Omoragbon.

I was having chest pain and after FOUR HOURS with 30 minutes total with "professionals", FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS later (with silver plan insurance), they prescribe me with. Ibuprofen (advil) and Acetaminophen (tylenol). CVS didn't even fill one of those prescriptions because it was already over the counter! They will gouge you for your money, not treat the root problem, and give you no attention, care, or respect for your time.

A bit of backstory:
I had been having chest pain, most likely muscle related, and after my girlfriend insisted that I go to the doctor (because I have health insurance), I chose this "URGENT" care clinic because my Primary Care Physician wasn't available. I was willing to pay the "URGENT" price that my insurance covered ($20 for the P. C. P.visit versus $75 for an urgent care visit), and after VERIFYING with the attendant that I spoke on the phone to about "URGENT" pricing, he specifically directed me to come here to seek help.

I give them all my info, specifically tell them I only want to pay $75 and to check with me before administering any tests, if there's additional costs, etc.

And of course after, again, FOUR HOURS, they tell me that I'm being charged "EMERGENCY" prices with my insurance aka FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for a prescription for over-the-counter medicine. Now tell me, what kind of hospital treats an "EMERGENCY" in FOUR HOURS with Advil/Tylenol? I would've been better off going to the emergency room for the same price! The last lady I spoke to said "The attendant that you spoke with on the phone probably told you to come here because it'd be faster. " OH REALLY? Does FOUR HOURS sound "FAST" to you?

Please avoid this place unless you're dragged here in an ambulance. They will get money from you whichever way they can.

The wait to get called is not bad. The care was good, however, when pushing the Red Nurse Call Button, they take FOREVER. There were times I absolutely needed to go to the restroom so I had to call to get my IV taken off and nope, they take SO long. To me, I feel as though some of my nurses were quite forgetful or needed to be constantly reminded of Tylenol or even water that I requested. I had to stay overnight so I was switched rooms and may I just say, it felt as though my nurses throughout my stay went from worse to better. My first RN named Rose was horrid. That lady was not very attentive, I would ask her questions and most of her answers consisted some form of 'I don't know' or 'I'm not sure. ' I also felt as though most of the time she was unsure of what she was doing. Seemed very unprofessional to me. Other than that, physicians and my other nurses turned out great.

The intake personnel completely lied and falsely indicated in response to life death questions regarding traumatic brain injury and brain tumors already diagnosed and re diagnosed at hospitals miles and states away by simply pulling reports after tumors clearly leap off page and neurosurgeons and brain scans lead to stablization each time as matter of skill as difficult as reading 1 sentence in english language every hospital but them indicated sleep - then go to get tumor fixed. Parkland never even mentioned it and also kept isolated all day and lied about medication i didnt even ask for and in fact stated not to fill if your going to put anything as 5 years so s across street have all info.

Mis management on grotesquely negligent appearing intentional mis management to harm brain preventing incediibly neccessary and obvious steps for care ignored and clear marching orders for all to musrepresent brain damage by ignoring it.

F. Intentional Acts or complete incompetence with brain injuries - irrelevant. Neurologocally Connected Center Urgent care not even able to pull records across street? When all fecilities but this one hit mark as mark already done see Johns Hopkins UtSW. Cedar Sanai. UCLA. University Minnasota. Willis Knighton. Neurological Sciences Center Baton Rouge.

And Parkland sees nothing? All others mumtilple brain injuries and damage? Not F. But Dangerously and deadly. Do not enter. Or at own rosk. They will lie. And put in writing. I will not and will see to it its corrected.
