New management is exceptional. Definitely a improvement.
I Am moving out due to previous management being so rude and unwelcoming. But wish I would have held out now that I have met the new manager. She made me feel as if I had a new friend in the office.

- again I wanted to thank you for all you have done. We pay for a pond view and now we get to enjoy the fountains. It’s really turning into a great place to call home. Thank you Janie Prine and your team.

I almost didn't move here due to some of the reviews but when I went to see a apartment the staff was so friendly, informitive, showed me all the things there is to do aat the apt complex and the area that the convenacw to live her was really great. I had other place to look but when I was walking to my car the Manager was walking up and stopped and asked witch apart I choose as my new hone. WowThe last placedi lived there for 5 Yeats and never even seen the manager. So I have lived here for 3 weeks and still love it. I would recommend this place to anyt wants good nabors and a place to be proud of.

Veronica and Diamond were very helpful. They had the answers for all of my questions. I'm not sure if I will be applying here due to the location being further from my employer than I expected, but I had to give this 5 star review for the 5 star experience I had on my tour. Beautiful property and decent rates!

I had a situation where my neighbor was making to much noise and I notified the apartment complex office. With in minutes Raven has addressed the situation with the neighbor then called me back to let me know everything has been handled. This was a great form of communication and fast response time. Thanks you to Raven I can now sleep better. Great job

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT VERONICA IS AN EXCELLENT LEASING MANAGER. SHE'S VERY FRIENDLY, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WHEN SHE'S NEEDED AROUND OUR COMPLEX. THE STAFF HAS MADE THIS FACILITY A PLEASANT PLACE TO CALL HOME!

I just moved in a little over a month ago and I’m regretting it. I definitely wish I read the reviews before deciding on this apartment complex. When I went on a tour the grounds surrounding the office are in great shape. The grounds around my apartment are in horrible condition. Don’t worry about any of the rules on your lease clearly no one follows them. They have a breed restriction but that’s not followed there’s 2 pit bulls in my building. Walmart shopping carts are everywhere as well as Cigarette buds. Also you can’t leave trash outside door but that’s not followed no wonder why other reviews say rats and bug issues. You get what you pay for and that’s clear. There must of been a shooting here since the crime scene unit was here. It’s a hit and miss with office staff depends on who you talk to. Maintenance has up to 9 days to fulfill a maintenance request that’s unheard of.

Would love to give 5 stars because these are super cute apartments but unfortunately I can't. I was visiting a friend today with my two daughters and we saw multiple used syringes on the ground in flower bed/bushes area. They were bright orange and obviously that attracts kids. I'm thankful my daughters didn't attempt to pick them up. The staff here needs to address these types of issues. That's a public health risk, regardless of why the syringes were used. An employee should retrieve them and dispose of them properly before someone gets hurt. Seems very negligent.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wouldn't suggest anyone move in here unless they fire the front office manager first. Nothing but problem after problem. Very disappointing.

It takes a lot for me to take my time to write a review. All I can say is you definitely get what you pay for. I put in work orders 3-4 times and keep having to call after a whole week to ask when my issue will be fixed. Have had an ongoing issue for weeks now since I moved in and it may not be an emergency but it’s definitely an inconvenience granted I pay rent to have a decent apartment with everything working. Staff could be more empathetic too. Giving 2 stars because I’m not the kind of person to leave a bad review or express frustration but you get to a point.

We were supposed to move in the morning of the set date, but that didn't happen. Not only were they not finished with putting in the carpet, they hadn't even finished cleaning the place. They gave us the keys too early according to them. They're completely unorganized and unprofessional. It would've been nice to have at least gotten a phone call telling us that things weren't ready considering we had the whole day planned according to the schedule THEY gave us. I had no issues with the staff, they were very polite. But this is just ridiculous.

I’ve lived here for years and have no complaints. Ashland always works with me and Veronica and the office staff are always very helpful. 5 stars!

I've been a resident for 5 years mrs. Ashland is very professional and very nice and she's never to Busy to assist you with what ever you're section maybe. I'm very Satisfied with my apartment I've never had any problems the Maintenance staff Completes work orders in a timely manner.

Follow up: Manager reply states she doesn’t know about any crime incidents yet on 06/18/2019 there was a fatal shooting in the building I live in. No way to deny that. I realize this is beyond managements control, however it does validate this property is high crime and not safe.

Horrible, run down apartments that are overpriced. The staff is rude, the maintenance nonexistent. Crime is high, vehicles/apartments broken into, swat team is frequently out here, drugs, fist fights in the parking lot, dirty unusable pools, rats and roaches are the norm. The upgraded apartments are a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend these to my worst enemy.

The parks at Treepoint. Management harasses tenants they feel they can intimidate. They are rude make up bogus citations stating that the police department sent it out. They try to monitor who can visit you. Is this section 8? They even try to enter your unit without permission. This can make your home stay humiliating. They can get off the politics and treat all tenants the same. PERHAPS

Apartments are in terrible conditions and have had multiple vehicles stolen from here. DONT LIVE HERE THEY JUST NEED TO BULLDOZE THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND.

Horrible! The leasing office has a very unprofessional and snobby attitude.we handed in an application a week and a half ago and they still give us the runaround on an approval. The lady Veronica at the front desk was extremely rude. My husband felt discriminated against.would NOT recommend to anyone. Paid $165 fee and still have yet to hear about an approval.

I like these apartments so far, just moved in and it’s nice and I haven’t seen any bugs or rats, I don’t know if those are fake reviews or in another phase.but the only thing I can say is that it’s been 4 days already and still haven’t seen the maintenance man come to my apartment to fix some things
UPDATE: the maintenance came yesterday and was very nice and professional! He took care of everything and I’m very happy with my apartment! I love it! Also ashleen (sorry if I spelt it wrong) is VERY nice, the people saying she is rude on here.there lies because she is so sweet and makes sure I’m taking care of and wants to know if I’m comfortable in this apartment and wanting to know if there is any other problem.she is the BEST! Thanks for being amazing!

I just tried talking to a girl about appartment an like hung up on one time an second time put on hold

Most time it's alright. But they do not warn you or give you any heads up when construction is coming through to change the shingles or roofing. Past few weeks has been nothing but noise noise noise at all times of the day, especially morning times while everyone is asleep. More times than not, I wake up to fumes from remodeling, incessant LOUD LOUD LOUD banging from your ceiling as men repair tiles, or loud buzzing and whirring from pruning trees (which these men leave in all of the walkways so if you have to leave you have to climb over branches and leaves).

Some days I will wake up with strong headache inducing fumes having filled my apartment from men repainting rooms. Right now it's noon and these men have been slamming things onto the ceiling for hours with no let up. I am recovering from the hospital and can't even get a wink of sleep because I keep waking up to impossibly loud workers right above me or outside my windows. The items on my walls, and my ceiling fans, are trembling and shaking. This is unacceptable and should have been mentioned beforehand.

We've also had numerous issues with the maintenance and getting things fixed in a timely fashion. When we moved in, the dishwasher didn't even work, didn't start, nothing. You could also pull and push it back, so it wasn't even secured. Took a week to get it fixed. We also had a faulty drawer, I had to have my bathtub faucet completely replaced due to terrible pressure, and there are others smaller issues that make living here inconvenient (multiple doors won't close and require being slammed, etc.)

Also, just recently our sink got clogged on both sides. Water kept coming up from both drains, and leaking from the pipes underneath the sink, where there is now water damage. Once informed of this, they did nothing for three days even though it should have been seen as an emergency. We called back up and they said they had no record of our work order. We repeated the issue, and they told us it would take 3-5 business days to fix. NO access or ability to use the sink, plus water damage and still leaking pipes! Ridiculous!

We eventually spent 30 minutes with a plunger and a rag (despite my sister having a broken foot and me having a heavy duty splint on my right arm) and fixed the clog ourselves. Just absolutely unacceptable.
