Ms. Ashland is very patient, sweet and she will work with you. I love the apartment I'm in. I really never had an issue while staying here. The maintenance is fast and has been on point since I've been living here.

If you don’t mind constant break ins to your apartment or car go for it.

My sister has lived at this complex for nearly 3 years. She called in emergency maintenance on Friday night/Saturday morning at 3 am because someone broke her window trying to break in.

Emergency maintenance took no pictures, instead they put a board on the window with 3 screws that can easily be pushed in. Due to the UNACCEPTABLE “fix” my sister has been staying with family and was told she would be contacted Monday with an estimated date for a window to be installed.

No one ever contacted her Monday so she spoke with the office Tuesday and they had NO IDEA.
Now they are demanding my sister pay for the window because she removed the glass from her living room floor so her 16 month old wouldn’t be hurt. And they won’t have it fixed for up to 7 business days. Which means she will not be staying in her apartment for nearly 2 weeks due to the security issue.

BUT THEY WANT HER TO PAY FOR THE WINDOW BECAUSE THEY DIDNT TAKE PICTURES AND TAKE CARE OF THIS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Apartment Managers poor communication with maintenance should not result in their Tenants paying for damage from a break in.

I just want to say that I sincerely enjoy coming into the office because the WHOLE staff. Veronica, Yusuf, Mariah, Louus, and Daje.whom I interact with often when I come in.and they ALL help me Tremendously in a Paramount way.

I went off a friends recommendation and went and looked at these apartments. Any issues ive had, i always went and talked with Luis and everything was solved rather quickly. And everyone is friendly. No real issues i see. Everyone is approachable and open to questions and if they cant answer it Miss Ashland can. As long as you are honest with them they will work with you.

I live next door at Oakchase, this complex is right next to mine. They do have a second complex across the street that has a very nice nature park with wildlife and a bird habitat. Very nice and quiet place to have a picnic if needed. As others have mentioned, I have not had any personal security issues myself, but there are transients all up and down Treepoint Drive all hours of the night.

This community is not safe. There are people constantly walking around at all hours of the day and police cars constantly looking for people. I personally had to file two different police reports on this property and my neighbors have filed separate reports for vandalism, and violence. I do not recommend anyone move here! Some of the office staff is nice and the ret are flaky and will tell you different things.

Beautiful property with awesome office staff! Everyone is so sweet and Teresa is awesome! Love this place
