I have a unique experience with Peekaboo Pediatrics, as I came for a clinical rotation and was able to see how well the office works. Dr. Pankaj and Dr. Thakkar are not only wonderful pediatricians who work together to provide the best care for their patients, but they are also wonderful educators. From the moment a family comes in, the entire office works together to make sure that their visit goes smoothly. Every family who comes in is given the highest quality of care whether they've been coming in for years or they are in for their first visit. Both doctors take the time to address every concern and answer every question of the patients and their families.

I highly recommend Peekaboo Pediatrics for the wonderful care they provide.

My son has down syndrome and has been coming to this office since he was a newborn. They have always took very good care of him. I drive a long way to see his doctor and will continue making the drive

Ive been bringing my children here since birth. These ladies are the best and most patient and caring pediatricians ive ever met. I will never take my children anywhere else for there pediatric needs. I drive from southeast anytime they need there pediatricians. Any concerns or medical treatments shots or anything I bring my kids here. My kids are 18,15,9, &3. They love there pediatricians and so do I. Dr Pankaj and Dr Thakkar are the best. Lets not forget the assistants, they are all like family to us. We love yall and thank yall for all the love over the years.

Would give zero stars. The receptionist is very rude. They will not see your child if they are booked even if your child is very sick. You have to pay for parking everytime. The doctor rushes through appointments. Will not be bringing my kids here.

Everytime we go we always see the daughter & she is great! We trust her completely. My kids have been going since they were born I have a 9year old 7year old and 3 month old she's always done a great job.

Place is unbelievable. Waited two and a half hours in the morning wasn't called. Waiting room so busy with people standing and outside in the hallway no seats. Came back for an open appt in the afternoon, here 30 minutes early, waiting over an hour passed the appt time and still nothing. Never gets better. They are not efficient at all.

Totally love and trust Dr P and Dr T. They have cared for my family like their own. The wait is alittle longer but it is worth it.

Nice doctors I know it’s impossible to love all your patience. But I think this mother and daughter team shows everyone love and compassion like they would their own kids.

We totally love and trust Dr P and Dr T. They have cared for my family like their own. We recommend anyone to come here!

Pros:
- Dr. Thakkar obviously has good experience
- Nurses are sweet.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders are well managed.

Cons:
- Frond desk staff are rude.
- Wait Time is ridiculously too long.
- Each time you have to get seen by training medial students before seeing the Dr.herself. I am not necessarily against helping students but most of the times, this is just inconvenient and increases my wait time even more!
- Waiting area is not nicely designed and does not have a kid's play area (which is extremely important with the long wait time!)
- No specific parking for the office. You have to park in the Medical plaza's garage and pay at least $6 on each visit. The office does not waive this fee for your visit.
- Since the office is located in the medical plaza, it is not easily accessible. You have to park in the garage, take the elevator to 1st floor, get into the medial plaza and again take an elevator up to 3rd floor.
- They are not clear about their charges.on my last visit Dr. Thakkar suggested referring my child to another physician so I said okay.on my way out I was charged $30 for this referral. They should have explained beforehand that a referral will cost $30 out of my pocket.

Overall: I would go again only if I had to; not the best experience.

I love this office and how they are on top of everything. Dr. Thakker and her daughter are awesome with kids and will do everything they possibly can to seek your baby care. Also the entire staff deserves 5 stars for having such great performance and attitude.

We love Dr. Pankaj! She always take great care of my little one. This office and it’s team is well worth the wait and drive.

First and foremost, I would give zero stars if possible. If you would like a doctor, such as Dr. Thaker, who will rush through the appointment and fail to have bedside manners, then you have found the right one.

Each time my husband and I have visited Dr. Thaker for our son, we have left upset and frustrated because the lack of consideration and genuine care this doctor has. She has rushed through the appointment, makes general statements and can’t spare the few minutes to answer normal questions regarding your infant. The appointment begins and after the nurse takes weight/height etc.you see the medical student following her first, in which you tell your concerns. Then Dr. Thaker will take over and do the exam. Each time we have visited, this woman does not have bedside manners and will rush through the appointment, failing to answer any question you might have. It’s very evident it’s a bother to her, when you are speaking to her and her hand in turning the handle to leave the room. Yes, we are new parents but the care as a doctor needs to be there, especially early on. We both gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time, thinking she was busy but it’s happened each time.

Currently, we took him back to our original pediatrician and will gladly pay out of pocket to have peace of mind and the best care for our son. Dr. Thaker is not a professional and I wouldn’t recommend if you want the best care for your child.

Let me forewarn you before visiting this doctor. These doctors are crooks and will bill you for absolutely everything. My daughter has been here a few times but this last time was the worst. My daughter came in for a follow up visit and the doctor charged us for a regular office visit which left us with a $90 bill. $90? Are you kidding me? Just to let us know her ear infection cleared up. Im not even chrged that much for follow up visits so for a pediatrician to charge that amount baffles me. Another complaint is the fact that they will not tell you test results over the phone and will not call you to let you know that they are in. They make you come in to receive those (Not sure why they have the online portal if they dont utilize it). However, if they did utilize it, then they couldnt charge you for the office visit I presume. Im surprised they dont bill you to use the restroom.

*Wait Time*
Even if you have the very first appointment, you will be waiting for awhile to be seen. What makes it worse is that the office staff can be rude. My husband came in and stood at the window for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Another parent comes in (of a lighter complexity) and the window opens magically. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours there.

Stay away if you value your time and money.

Both Doctors are wonderful. I've been bringing my children here since birth and now my daughter's son is a patient.
