The manager at the service station is the best I am handicap and he did great taking care of me and my truck.

Great service. People were friendly and my new tires look good.
I asked how long it would take and it took a little less than what they told me.:)

Lazy! I trying to get information about oil change and this guys keep playing transferring with other dep. Parts, customer service, to front and so on. SMH.

Overpaid and the store layout is a bit confusing, employees are very helpful but the prices are high.

Absolutely terrible service. Came in for tires and alignment with an appointment. Took 3 hrs to complete a 20 minute service. Manager did provide a free oil change for the mixup. Nice people but poor service.

Note that the tire installation fee here is 160$. That’s 40 a tire which is triple Walmart or Sears and double discount tire.

Has a chunk missing in my tire and they dont warranty all four tires are 6 month old.
Ask for rotation not done. I'm going to diferent Discount Tire.

Went in for headlamp replacement. Juan was very helpful and made sure I bought the correct model (as my first selection was incorrect). Was out in an hour despite not having an appointment.

We had the best experience there, store #239. We were expecting to have to wait an hour or two, but while waiting, the manager Jose Loera he got us out less than an hour. He’s been there at this location for 25 years! He’s very nice, very informative and cares about his customers. I will definitely tell my friends and family to shop there.the reason we had to go there was I had a flat tire, since the tires were under warranty, it was replaced with a new one.

I had a great experience here overall. The man who helped me was named Eric and he was incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend going here. Eric really went the extra mile. He saved me time in my day which is important to all busy people and he was courteous as well. Thanks to him and Pep Boys.

Decent service. Nothing exceptional, but no real problems. Weirdly enough, they already had my number in their system under a totally different name.

Helpful staff help me put my hubcaps on to assure a good fit. Lots of other products available like tires and rims as well as Car Care Services

Staff has been consistently kind and helpful through the 4 years I have lived in Houston. Appreciate having good mechanics backed by a national company so close.

Good mechanics have fast service and tools store with Lyft help desk I had no idea that they are there

The front desk guys does not acknowledge us when we walked in. There was no one at the front desk. I just left.

Service department is a bunch of sharks. 2 hours to wait for a tire. I could have done it in 5 min but unluckily for me the truck i was driving was waay over torqued. That had me stuck waiting for these clowns. Also there is an stealth cop that waits outside this place. Pulled over 7 cars while i waited

Had scheduled my 2008 Mazda Tribute for an 8 o clock am for an oil change and was out in 20 minutes! Fair pricing and got a 10 dollar discount from a coupon too.

I took my car here to get an alignment it came out worst than when I took it in, I’m not the first one to complain about this issue if you read down the reviews. I felt completely robbed

Pretty good experience. Needed to buy some trailer accessories (security) and the associate was great. Gave 4stars because their computer system was extremely slow to ring me up.

The absolute worst! Had an appointment to get a trailer hitch put on, show up and they didn’t have the part and practically interrogated me about why I didn’t have an order number or who I talked to. Do not go here.
