26Went there to order a part for my wife’s car. Eric, the manager, went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be coming back to this store for all of my auto parts from now on.
Took my car in for an alignment only to have it come back to me with the steering wheel off centered. I asked for the alignment before/after spec sheet and they lost it. I took my car back three times only to have the issue not resolved, nor a before/after spec sheet. In the end they blamed not being able to get the wheel straight on a steering issue they could only speculate on. I got tired of arguing and will get it fixed at another shop.
Absolutely love this place, always has great prices and great staff. This is where I've been coming to since the neighborhood Auto Parts closed down on 20th Street
I went in last night to buy 4 new tires and they said they don't have but three tires in stock. They said that they have to order it and it will be here in the morning so they set me up for a 10: 30 appointment this morning. I arrived only to find out they still don't have my tires in stock! They didn't even have the courtesy to call me before I went there again. What's the sense in setting appointments with customers? ! They ruined a perfectly good Saturday for me because they can't operate their business effectively. I'm taking my money and business someplace else.
My husband went to get an oil change as a “walk in” and they told him they had a 3 hr wait time so he scheduled an appointment for the next day. We got there the next day and they told us we had to wait 3 hrs because they were currently working on other cars. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment then?
I had a bad experience at this place I went to put new shocks and struts on my van and the mechanic forgot to tighten the bolts on the rear shocks I had one nut missing and the other one was about to fall off I had to stop working and take my van back to Pep Boys so they can correct the problem I I don't know if I will take my van to Pepboys again.
