Pho Thaison / Phở TháiSơn reviews
37This used to be my favorite place to visit but lately, service has taken a bit of a dive as has food quality. I wish they would serve all customers equally and prepare food with care.
This place has great food but the staff could probably give better customer service. They're really rude and the service is very slow. But other then that, the food is awesome!
This place has great food but the staff is very rude. I got the feeling they must be racist against white people, no smiles and just dirty looks from them the whole time. Never once did they come to our table to see if we needed anything and at the end when we went to pay they didn't even say thank you. They gave us the feeling that they didn't want us there. Even though the food is great I will never go there again and I'll tell my friends not to as well.
A bit of a wait but I think if you have to wait that means somebody is eating here for a reason.
My absolute favorite pho place of ALL TIME. I wasn’t even a huge fan of pho, till I had Pho here. I didn’t realize how tasty Pho could be. The broth is just delicious, and has the perfect depth to the flavor. I usually get #15, so pretty much with everything in it. I always bring all my friends to this place, because I can’t emphasize enough how good their pho is!
Delicious, affordable Vietnamese and other Asian dishes of ample portion - prepare to take home leftovers if you're appetite is average! This is my go-to comfort Asian food restaurant in Austin, and I've been to plenty!
Got the #7, food was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star was the service.or lack there of. Food was amazing though! If you’re in no rush at all, highly recommend this spot
I Absolutely love this place The spring rolls are amazing always come and eat here and it never fails! I’ve tried other places but it’s not the same! Love love and recommend this to everybody.
This would have been 5 stars if you would let people sit wherever they wish. The restaurant is not big enough to matter where one chooses to sit and some of us don’t like sitting by the entrance. Don’t expect your customers to convenience your wait staff. Thankfully the food is great.
Good little spot for egg rolls and pho. Their beef and chicken pho both taste great and have generous portions. The pork belly steamed buns were fantastic with the pork being super crispy.
Nice location, friendly staff but food was not good. The pho was mostly dark gristle meat.not reccomended!
Service and food quality has gone bad.
No more beef stew. I ordered curry but has no curry flavor at all. No tea this time.
It was a pleasure to visit. Never again.
SAYONARA!
Nope, never again. Not very authentic, not friendly, and super slow service with no apologies when they obviously forgot about my order.
Asking me if everything is okay after I paid you is a bit late.

I've honestly been to no single Vietnamese restaurant more than this one. I'm a bit biased and love their bun and pho more than most. I do admit that i remember flavors in the past being more distinct than they are today, but it still trumps the others for the most part.
Solid reliable experience with a greet shopping center around it.
Prepare to wait 30 minutes before someone comes to take your order for mediocre food.
Update. The table next to us got their food before us. Seriously. It's been 45 minutes. Last time we come here.
This is my favorite spot for Pho! Sooooo good. I drive almost 20 minutes to come here if that says anything to the quality of the food here. SUPERB!
The redesigned menu is great. I miss the variety & price of being able to order the egg rolls and food spring rolls individually but they kept the best ones.
Their pork belly fried rice is the best.
