My experience here was amazing and fast if you need a new phone and repair this is the best place to come to hands down

Last Tuesday I had my phone screen replaced here.later the same day two dime sized white spots show up on my screen. Friday morning I wake up with my phone on my night stand with the screen split from the white spots to the microphone. Today I call and they will not replace my screen saying "It was caused by physical damage". I wish I had never used this place it was a huge red flag when the door has two signs/stickers that they take American Express. After my phone was repaired I tried to use my American Express to pay this is when the cashier told me they can no longer take American Express due to so many charge reversals.

They kept my laptop for a long time, finally when I picked it up, it came with a different issue. I took it back because of guarantee and they kept it for an even longer time till I came back to ask for an update. They said they couldn't fix it so I asked for a refund but the manager wasn't there to decide if they were going to be able to give me my money. I had to wait two more weeks only to find out that I would only get 40% of my total payment.

This place is 10/10 satisfied with the customer service I recieved. Taking the time to write this because work was good and took 20 minutes to fix my phone when I walked in at 9: 30.appreciated

I had cracked my screen on my I phone 6 s plus. I called 10 different places all charging price was over 100.00. I was getting stressed out. Then I found this place. I went in at 9: 30 and my phone was ready in 20 minutes. I made sure everything was working before walking out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I saved time, days and money. Now I know where to go if that happens again.

Very quick and efficient! They even put a protective screen on my phone no charge for my troubles!

The screens they offered are subpar. I made the tech to rework on my screen repair 3 times because he couldnt do a good job. Wont come there again. Also, had to wait 2.5 hrs to get my screen fixed.

Gave them my galaxy s6 to repair the screen.haven’t seen it in 2 years since I gave it to them.gave me run arounds. Said they sent it to another location to repair.they never called me back.my receipt got so old it faded out.

They didn’t fix the back glass panel of my phone right, only offered me 20 bucks discount, I want stuff done right no cheap.

They give you great service for excellent prices, and they're fast. You can drop off today and pickup tomorrow or pick up the same day.

I don’t recommend this shop at all. All they did is mest up my phone more than what it already was. I went back more then once to speak with the manager but I’m guessing they tried avoiding me because she was never there. I cracked me screen and went there to fix it, nothing was wrong just simply change the screen but a few days later my phone started glitching and they did a horrible job of Putting the new screen in and they also mest up the inside of my screen. I don’t recommend this place

Six inch crack on my screen was fixed fairly quickly outside my residence. He did reset his arrival time about three times but business is business.

Adam was really upfront and helpful. No bs or nothing and gave me a reasonable price 10/10 will come back if I have any problems with my phone.
