(Monday 2/12/2018) While having my phone repaired a warranty repair came in and was placed in front of mine. I returned two days later (Wednesday 2/14/2018 5: 30pm) with a warranty repair and I'm told, by the lady that was working, that mine cannot be put in front of other phones that are being worked on. I guess that's what happens when you leave somebody there by themself that doesn't know how to treat customers like they should be treated. Hypocrisy in its rarest form.

As always I keep cracking my phone screen but thanks to Josh and Albert at phone repair ambulance it is better and looks brand new. Great place for phone repair I definitely recommend this place.

The staff was amazing and quick to help me fix my shattered screen. I spent less than an hour waiting and I have my life back. Thank y’all so much

STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. Don’t recommend this place of business if you have a iphone or ipad. Just go to the apple store and pay the extra it’s worth it. The workers do not inform you will lose some functions after replacing glass screen with plastic. Customer service is horrible and do not care about their customers. Lost functions to my ipad after glass replacement, thought they would put the functions back since i spent $150 and am returning customer. To my surprise they didn’t give a damn and wanted to charge me another fee. You make more by accommodating your clients not by being rude.

Okay so, I use to really, really like this place and had been coming here for almost 3 years (yes, I broke my phone quite often -_-). Anyway, I was always given great quality for the price I was paying for a cracked screen until I went again a month ago and saw there was new staff, and new merchandise (and what I mean by that is the quality of the screens they were using). I don't know where they got there screens from but it was not good quality. They replaced the screen within minutes which was always good but when I got the new screen (iphone 7) it was way off with its color. Everything was a faded color and you could easily tell. It felt like my phone was a knockoff. I told the guy and he said it should fade off into its normal color after 24 hours -_- (LIES!) it never did. What I am trying to say is, be careful going here, the quality of the screens are not the best. They use to be, but idk what happened.

They were absolutely awesome! Fixed my iPhone 6 and my iPad for a great price in just 1 hour. Customer service was great!
