Physicians Premier Emergency Room - Central Austin

Called. They were open and said ready to help me. Got there and they knew I had called. They quickly got me to nurse who quickly got me to doctor. He quickly took cate of my problem with immediate help and then prescription. Bottom line is customer service is there top priority - not words but action. Entire process took 20 minutes. It’s is my new go to 24 hour clinic!

I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of with everyone who helped me. This place is wonderful and I definitely feel the staff is happy to care for anyone who steps in. Thank you Ally! I was amazed by it all.

This was the first time I’ve ever had to use an emergency clinic and was a little worried. But the staff here was amazing from check in to discharge. Dr. Chilton and his staff were friendly, professional and let me be a big baby while they took care of my wound.

In general I have a pretty negative view of the American healthcare system. Especially in Austin. This clinic is near where I live and has repeatedly been professional, accurate, helpful, honest and believe it or not they are not all about profit. They only take the amount of money they get from your insurance. I never worry about them doing something unnecessary to make some profit and that piece of mind is hard to come by these days.

I got a pretty nasty cut on the temple playing rugby. They had me stitched up, in and out in less than an hour. Staff was great all the way around. I will definitely go back if needed.hopefully i wont need to.

Ally Medical Emergency Room is the example of how all emergency rooms should be. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with courtesy and respect. My mom and brother brought me here when my blood pressure unexpectedly spiked. They calmed my fear, and treated me with empathy and compassion. They explained everything to me, what they would do, and after when we had results. Dr. Bríos has a great bedside manner and explains everything in easy-to-understand terms. Julie and Andy were great as was the young man who greeted us. He kindly offered my mom and brother something to drink while they waited. They are professional and considerate. The facility is clean, COVID compliant, and I recommend them very much! We we were out within 1 to 1.5 hours.

April Jeffries, second time here. First for my son second myself and i have never experienced health care like this! This is amazing. The staff and doctors are great! Never ever experienced a ER visit or any visit to a doctor like this. Thanks so much guys

We had a wonderful experience at Physicians Premier ER on Burnet Rd.
My son was seen immediately with zero wait time. The staff was absolutely amazing. Megan in the front office was so kind and helpful with all the paperwork and took the time to explain every detail to us. Huyen the radiology tech and Duncan the RN were so kind and reassuring to myself and my son which was very comforting. Dr. Schmeil was GREAT, he took the time to listen to my son's symptoms and asked questions to get a better understanding of what was going on. From there, he made a thorough plan to treat my son. Small details such as warm blankets, cold waters, snacks and even a swag bag were included in our visit. Amazing care team and a top notch facility. I would highly recommend this facility for any ER needs!

Went in with breathing problems along with chest pain. Didn’t even sit down in the waiting room as they took me straight back. Hooked me up to all the things and checked me out. Turns out I have bronchitis, they gave me everything I need to get in the mend and I was out the door in under 2 hrs. Staff here is amazing. Never experienced this level of service, ever!

There was no wait at all. The moment I walked in the nurses and staff were there to take care of me. Everyone was very friendly and professional!

I'm only in Austin for a few weeks and needed to go to the ER for a bad kidney infection, the doctor and staff was amazing. No wait! Not really any better, but if I need to go back. Thats my first and only choice.

Had a wonderful experience at the Physicians Premiere ER. I basically had no wait time and was seen immediately. Barbara at the front desk admitted me and Wendy the RN took great care of me. Dr. Sebastian was the first Doctor I saw (I had to make a second visit bc of additional symptoms that wasn’t there before). Second time around they immediately admitted me to a room and got a full check up on me because I developed new symptoms. They made sure to take good care of me and were wonderful. I want to thank Wendy the RN for caring for me and making sure I had everything I needed as well as Duncan who discharged me the next morning. Dr. Schmeill was also wonderful at making sure I was comfortable while he assessed my conditions. I might have this name wrong but Nicole took my CT scan and made it easy and painless.

Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of me. As a nursing student I learned a lot from them, especially from Wendy who explained each and every procedure for me. Thank you Physicians Premiere ER!

This place was very impressive. I didn't wait long. The nurses/staff, and physician were impeccable. The facility being new, was very well organized. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The physician even called to check up personally on the issue I went in for. If i could give more then five stars, I would.

This place is fantastic! My son was sick with Tonsillitis over the weekend they took great care of him and got us out of the office quickly too. So happy to have this place close to home!

Super impressed with how fast and wonderful everyone here is. I was in and out in less that two hours with blood work, xrays and an EKG all completed. They sent me home with a goodie bag of first aid kit, ice pack, lip balm and hand sanitizer, plus a copy of my EKG, X-ray and labs for myself. Megan works the front desk and is very welcoming, Erin the radiology tech was so sweet and kind and Dr. Chilton and his nurse Laura could not have been more professional or compassionate. I was very impressed with this facility and should the need arise, I would travel that far north just to be treated by them again. Super impressed!

I had a very painful injury to my hand and arrived in tears. Megan efficiently checked me in and the RN Trace began the evaluation almost immediately. Dr. Price explained his approach very thoroughly and was happy to answer all my questions. The Xray specialist Erin was very patient and kind when she brought the portable digital imaging machine to the room. The remote radiologist had the assessment ready very soon after. The whole team was superb! Very clean and modern ER. Highly recommend them. <3

The staff was amazingly friendly and professional! They made sure we were comfortable and happy with the service. There were tons of parking space and on top of that there was no wait.
I don’t want to comeback because I don’t want to be sick but if I am I will definitely comeback here so I can feel at home. Thank you Wendy, Nicole and Chilton!
