Sorry if this long but I can not say enough good things about Physicians Premier. Megan greeted me as soon as I came through the door. She had a bubbly personality with any patient. As a first time patient at this ER Megan gave me a bag full of goodies. I had my niece with me who she gave a bear and coloring book She also made sure I understood every page I signed. And explained my copay and deductible with me. Thanks Megan! Now on to my nurse Trace, he was also very nice, asked about my symptoms, how it happened (fell at work) and was cracking jokes to try to make me laugh and forget about the pain. When it came time to take my medicine he even offered me something besides water. They have other choices like Gatorade or Sodas.:) Thanks Trace! My doctor I saw has to be one of the first ER Drs that I have ever seen that will sit down and listen to your issues and didn't get aggravated if you asked too many questions. Most DRs will rush in and out and won't let you get a word in. Thanks Dr. Price. This is the cleanest ER I have ever seen. I think totaled I was there maybe 35-45 minutes top. From the time I stepped in from the time I walked out. So if you need an ER this is the place to go. Thanks Again Physicians Premier ER you ROCK!
