The Night Shift Staff are extremely Friendly and Comical with a Great Disposition to the Food Service Industry.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. Specifically Luis he was rude to the staff as well as the customers the attitude and disrespect I felt as a customer was unimaginable. Very disappointed

I ordered a super supreme large thin and crispy online on the large 3 topping or specialty pizza and cinnamon sticks. Somehow the order says cheese w no toppings and the store having record of my past orders will not make good on my super supreme order that i made.

Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and qell let's just says I could count all the pepperoni with 2 hands and a foot.usually pizzas are in point but not this time

Edit.if you order curbside pick don't bother I waited about 20 mins after I checked in and called them.there's no point of ordering curbside you'll just be waiting.

1 star because the pizza was fresh and made as asked. This will be the third time we have waited longer than the time given for our pizza, horrible customer service, laxk of communication. Today, we waiting in iur vehicle 10 after our pizza a as confirmed ready by an employee, who then stated they would bring it out shortly. I qent inside to retrieve my pizza since they hadnt came out and not 1,2 but 3 employees were standing around. If you are not aware that customer service skills are required of you. Why do you have a job in customer service. I really hope management addresses this issue. There was no sorry, nor a hi or bye from any of them. Im very upset. Its pretty sad.

They messed up my call in order, as usual. They told me I'd wait only 15 min but when I arrived, I waited close to 35 min. Food is flavorful as always.

Good service with hot fresh pizza. Always ask for any specials.
UPDATE****Needed a late night snack & I didn't want to spend too much. I called the store & asked for a carry out special. I was offered a large pizza 3 topping for $10. Sold! I had looked on the website & everything was too pricey. Always call the store & ask for a carry out special, they seem to always offer a better deal anyhow. Tonight's staff was helpful so big thanks to them! This made all the difference, thanks again y'all. My snack is ready, laters!

I ordered a large thin and crispy pizza with extra sauce and pepperoni and it came with alot more than that then I called and complained got a second pizza it came abd it was destroyed by the driver. So this time if they said they where going to bring me a third pizza and if this one comes destroyed then I'M DONE with pizza hut all together. And there lucky I'm giving them 2 stars because I would give them no stars at all but I guess I have to

The pizza had a limon taste and the pasta was dry. The driver was rude. These people over cooked everything the dog didnt even want it. Pozza had more crust then pizza. Extremely Poor Service!

After eating the pasta from this place i got extremely sick for 2 days. I couldn't hold nothing down! This place is not just bad with service but bad at keeping food fresh!

Tried to give more than one chance but done with this location all together. Either missing something and I gotta drive back up there or order looks all jacked up like it has been dropped. I always spend more than 45 dollars but not any more.

Horrible customer service, even though I received a completely incorrect order I was told I'm sorry we don't do refunds, even after I took them the pizza back as proof, emailed corporate to say I will be receiving a call back from the manager of the store that told me sorry not sorry! Don't waste your money!

Pizza buffet decent for price point but had multiple tables waiting for them to restock.manager and workers stood around talking, as one lady was bussing tables, bringing out salads, and refilling drinks

Ordering online is a hassle since you can't check out as a guest. They make you create an account just to get extra info. Had to call in which wasn't the best experience either. Decided to just do carryout to avoid further hassle and boy was I wrong. Got there and had customers ahead of me trying to get their order fixed. Sounded like they had been there waiting. Thankfully I was able to pick up my order and get out of there without further hold up.

Came for my daughter's birthday. The staff was very nice. They let us decorate the tables for her birthday. Then, helped us clear the table. We cleaned the decorations, but no fuss from the staff.
The restaurant looks good after the remodeling. There's a game for the kids. The rest room was clean. The pizza was surprisingly good. Parking is okay. Staff is friendly.

We showed up at 9pm and they told us that they couldn’t seat us because they close at 11 but that their pizza maker was about to go home for the day. Extremely rude women working!

So slow took 30 mins n that's cause I had to ask how much longer since other people got their pizza n i was still waiting.really bad

I was visiting from out of town and my family decided to all meet here. They have a good size room closed off we all went in there about 15 to 18 of us. The waitress did not check on us much everyone waited a long time for refills or we had to go ask. We all left 4 or 5 bucks each but she could have made so much more if she gave us a lil attention. She also was not very nice. I am still giving this place 4 stars soley bexause their food was terrific!

Again, my pizza has bald spots with no cheese, i mean entire slices.keep it up hut.dominos isnt far away.edit - went today 6-27-2018, my pan pepperoni pizza was cheesy and delicious, nice flaky firm pan crust.just the right amount of oil.thank you.please keep it up.updating to 5 stars from 2

Absolutely ridiculous how long it took to restock the all you can eat lunch buffet. I literally had 2 TINY slices of cold pizza, which were the last 2 slices.and then waited approximately 20 minutes for another pizza to hit the buffet. Completely dissatisfied.
