Pizza Hut, San Antonio TX

After ordering, I Was told my charge, as one price, then my credit card was charged another price, upon trying to call & find out why, I was transferred, then I was placed on hold for a long time only to find out it was a call center.

Really great experience. I came in for lunch during Pizzahuts all you can eat buffet. A large group came in right after me and the staff made about 8 fresh pizzas for everyone. They even asked me what kind of pizza I would like to see them make next. Pepperoni and olive!

I live right across the street, yet they manage to take longer than the Pizza Hut on Commerce, and they are farther from my house for delivery. I was given an absolutely horrible dry pizza and was unable to do anything about it since it was delivery. Service is not so good. Place needs to be looked into by management.

Food was good except they don't have all you can eat salad bar. They have proportioned bowls of salad and you get one.

Worst customer service ever long delivery time only to receive wrong order manger Gary dose not no how to attend to customer service poor management skills service starts at the top by example but there no example being set here.

Terrible staff!
Rude to customers don’t treat customers right! The male manager with glasses is very rude! I couldn’t get his name because no one wears names tag!
If i could give them a negative star I would!

Ordered at 11am as per website, showed up at Pizza hut at 11: 30. Not ready till 11: 39, was good though and they did offer me a refreshment.

We Asked One Of The Employees What Time They Close And Instead Of Answering Us He Flicked Us Off and Walked away

Worst customer service and delivery should of went to domino's instead the workers don't know how to answer phones very rude nobody should go to this location

I dont want your greasy crust with a touch of garlic! I keep unchecking the default garlic grease crust and this store keeps giving me the greasy garlic crust instead of the plain bread crust. Charge 1.00 per pizza now for pan crust. Go f yourself pizzahut!

Worst service ever! I was calling for Delivery and nobody picked up so we decided to go and order there as I sat down I called to see if they would pick up and they were drinking drinks at the register while phone were ringing they had no straws and no Parmesan cheese phones kept ringing as they were playing around!

My girl was looking forward to the salad bar that we thought all Pizza Huts had, but this one gives you salad or lettuce, 2 thin cut tomatoes, and a cup of ranch dressing thats it. They dont ask if you want other items on your salad or what dressing you prefer. I didnt see a single person preparing any of the food wearing gloves or hair nets or anything. We watched them box our order and never told us it was ready. We finally just walked up and took it ourselves afer watching it sit there for like 7 or 8 mins. I did on the other hand like the game room. $10 and 15 mins later I finally won a stuffed animal from the crane machine for my girl, The food was great. The staff most of them are didnt even speak except $ to ask our name for the order and to tell us they didn't have any bags so we had 2 carry 2 pizza's, cheese sticks, 2 salads, choc chip cookie, 6 little sauce cups barely being balanced on the top of a massive pile of assorted sized pizza boxes
