Pizza Hut, Spring TX

Pizza was cold, service was terrible and they didn't even cut my pizza all the way through. Plus the pizza itself looked cheap like little Ceasars.

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! Got a cold pizza, was missing my wings, drink and pizza was missing Italian sausage. Whole order was messed up. I called and they hung up on me. When I said I wanted a refund for the MISSING items, they wanted to “come back and pick up the product. ”

I went to pick up my order that I thought was placed since I was charged twice for the same order but it was not. The young lady at the front counter was so polite and helpful to the point I wasn't even upset about the glitch in the system. She suggested that I call and have them reimburse me and took my order. When my order was almost done, she came outside to let me know the status of the order and that she'll bring it out to me, so there's no need to come in. Now that's great customer service there, that young lady is A1 and needs to be congratulated on her performance. My experience that night was excellent!

Horrible Ordered From The App Twice And They Delivery Time Is Always 3-4 Hrs. Cancelled Each Time Will Never Order From Them Again!

$10.81 for dinner box $4 delivery fee which the driver only get $1.25 for the delivery and 2 garlic butter comes out to $18.56 kiss my @$$ pizza hut is robbing customers now days!

You have to wait extra hour for delivery from this store.plus you will get a wrong pizza.sokayim yaptiginiz ise amq.

Giving 3 stars only because the service wasn’t bad. For some reason they had to remake my Beyond pizza and the one I ended up with didn’t even have sauce on some of the slices. For $14 I expect more. Won’t be patronizing again.

Fast service Pizza was hot a bit expensive the.plant based sausage pizza. Pizza ok needed a bit more sauce goid flavor overall! Online ordering site an easy tool to avoid contacts, good set up for social distancing!

This place is terrible with costumer service and full of lies. I done spoke to 7 different people just to see what my status is on my food. They said it was suppose to be delivered 8: 40pm and now it’s 9: 21pm and still haven’t received anything! How is this place even running? Then I ordered some pizza last weekend and the pizza was dry, hard and the cheese was barely even on the pizza. Also Wasn’t even cut all the way!

Waited for more than 20 mins carryout) (which is the max wait time), I waited for 26. Almost half an hour. Just change yout wait time so we know what to expect and make other plans before picking up the pizza

First time ordering Pizza Hut thought I would give them a try after I saw one of their commercials. Ordered online said it would be 70-80 min for delivery. I thought wow that’s a long time but ok. Pizza was delivered in 90 min and the pizza wasn’t hot at all. I ordered 2 medium pizzas with mini cinnamon rolls. Nothing was hot. I was very upset after having to wait long. Would never order from them again.

This place is horrible. Filed a corporate complaint over a terribly made pizza. Never heard anything back. Used all my hard earned pizza points after a year of saving them and was given a gross half cooked pizza and rushed out the door. I hate this place. Go to brothers pizza right up the road for real pizza and great service. This place sucks big time.

Pizza hut has to be my favorite pizza place with the stuffed crust and just everything about pizza hut is good to me. It is better then all the other pizza places by far my favorite in my opinion.

I ordered my food for delivery at 230p.m she told me it will be here in 40 minutes 400p.m roll around still no pizza so I just called and canceled my order never again

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever with ‘Bob’ the manager at this location. Was hung up on twice and cursed on the the phone call. I just wanted the right pizza delivered. They delivered the wrong pizza twice. Beware of this location!

Very slow and one employee was on his phone while there was a line building up. Food is good though.

Pizza had way too much sauce on it and and incorrect condiments on it then delivery driver asked if I wanted my change back, duh I want my change back and was also rude.

Love pizza hut! Only had an issue once with them & they resolved it quickly & the lady i spoke to was very nice & helpful!

Nasty. Cold pizza. Over an hour for delivery and the order was still wrong. Employees seem not to care at all. Placed directly in the trash. Went to MOD and saved $10. Yummmmm!
