Pizza Hut, Spring TX

After my previous 5 star review and several great pizzas it all went downhill. I only like hand tossed crust and when I pu my pizzas they were pan. I accepted them when she FINALLY agreed to a discount. We didn't enjoy it. Next order I went straight from work hungry and AFTER I checked my pizzas they admitted they were "out of" hand tossed. They could have called me! I've never gone back.

I finalized my order at 9: 09pm. I received a email saying that I would not receive my order until 11: 50 (they close at 11). I call (Donna answers) and get hung up on twice. At 10: 15 I go to the location on 45 across from spring high. No one knows Donna. Too much confusion for me. Eventually the driver brings our pizza and of course it's cold. No one seemed to care and the manager was nonchalant about the problem.

My pasta was messed up no cheese sauce pasta hard n they fixed it for free with no problems at all

Ordered here twice for delivery. Just moved to the area. The first time the pizza was okay could have been better but ok. This last time when my pizza was delivered the toppings were wrong on one pizza and the other pizza looked as if it had been tossed around the drivers car it was Squashed together it was lukewarm the flavor was nasty even the crust was nasty. I called to let them know they would not answer the phone. Pizza Hut is one of my favorites to get pizza I’ve never experienced something like this from Pizza Hut. I would not recommend them getting pizza from this location. Yes I will look for a different pizza place in the area.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes it's really good and the order is correct and other times it's a waste of money. Staff aren't apologetic about their mistakes neither.

Its been over a year and they still haven't improved. The employees are rude af and they always mess up orders.they really need to do better

This place has ruined pizza hut for me!

I place a online order for pick up and when i get there I pay for my pizza 2 minutes later the cashier comes back to front to say.

"Oh the delivery guy took off with your pizza so its going to be a 10 minute wait. "

See how I paid for it already i didnt have much of a choice. When I get home (5 min later) the pizza dough was raw, way to much sauce and not enough cheese, i got flat instead of pan size and then the wing were cold like Pizza Hut doesnt have a way to keep their food warm.

When i call them to tell them the issues i was told the manager would be in tomorrow and so you can call him then.

Feeling more frustrated I sent a email to corporate whom told me they will have the manager give me a call.

That was 3 weeks ago and i still have not heard anything about it.

Had ordered online and placed it driver never showed up nor the place even called that he was outside or if he or she was going to show up or not I have the email receipt and didn’t even get a refund at all and used our promotion coupon waited out side for 30 minutes was suppose arrive @11: 50pm stood outside till 12: 30am what kind of service is that.

Place really needs to be shut down.ordered a few items 2 weeks ago and when it arrived it was missing one item. I called the store and they said they would give me a $10 credit on my next order. Today I ordered a pizza but the credit was no applied. I called the store and asked them to apply the credit. They said they could not find the credit with the number. I was frustrated I cancelled the order. I'm done with Pizza Hut. It is the only pizza shop that makes me mad.

You cant beat their $7 large 1 topping pizza for pickup. They have it ready on time so you can get in and out. In my opinion bwetter ingredients than dominos

Would give 0 stars if i could, used to come here all the time to where old employees knew me by name alone. Now this pizza hut has been completely ruined by the people who work there. I just stood and waited in the lobby for almost 30 minutes without assistance! Ended up canceling my order as i wasnt going to pay for non fresh food not to mention they cooked said pizza wrong anyways.will be ordering from dominos from now on

This used to be my favorite place to get pizza. There used to be a very nice man that worked there. Whenever the pizza was late or not done right, (which used to be kinda rare) he would either give us a discount, or let us get a free item. He was an amazing employee, and TBH I think he was the best employee there. But I think he got another job at another restraunt. And ever since then this location has never been the same. I have experienced TERRIBLE customer service multiple times. One time we ordered a pizza, and we went to go pick it up. But when we got there, there were a lot of ppl there waiting for a pizza. A lot of ppl wanted refunds, and when we FINALLY got our pizza the man was rude to us, kept ignoring us, and when we were trying to ask him a question, he ignored us until he finally looked up. Then when we asked to see how much longer the wait was (bcuz they said that our pizza should have been done like over 30 mins earlier), he acted like he didn't care, kept rolling his eyes, and spoke like he didn't care. They didn't do the pizza very well anyway, but we didn't want them to redo it, bcuz everyone was rude, and we figured that of we were to tell the manager that the pizza needed to be redone, then he might do something to it (like spit in it) because he was that mad. This was around Christmas time too. My mom and I were going home that evening to at least enjoy some pizza, watch a Christmas special, and have some nice bonding time. But that got pushed farther in the night because the pizza was late. We ordered extra sauce and they barely put any. We left a really bad review on pizza hut that day, and after that, when we came back later (cuz after that we've been going to other locations), the man didn't work there anymore. Presently, they're pizzas aren't bad. Idk how the customer service is because I don't pick up the pizzas, my parents do while I get the movies ready. The pizzas are great, but they tasted better when the other man worked there. The pizzas that we make at our house are WAY BETTER than pizza hut pizza. That's why we rarely order for. There anymore. That place used to be a warm, tasty, friendly place. But now it's cold, and just some ordinary (maybe worse) pizza store. They're pizzas back then were delicious, but they're pizzas now are just ok. But don't get me wrong, some other ppl may say something different and have a different experience. I'm not saying there bad (as of right now), but I'm also not saying that they're good. Sometimes they may be in a good mood and whip up an great pizza, or other times they'll either just give you a regular pizza (if that). And although they're customer service has improved, you still have to catch them on a good mood. But I highly recommend that you make your own pizza dough in a bread maker using a recipe and stuff, so you can personalize the pizza your self and make it just right. But if you want to order, Papa John's on Grogans Mill rd in the Woodlands (in TX), is the BEST place to go. They're customer service doesn't stand out, but it's great. They're pizza is like no other, it's AMAZING! I highly recommend that place when you're ordering.

Don't waste your time ordering from here. Never answer the phone and the order is always incorrect. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut.

This location is the worst in Texas. Every time I order here its either super late or doesn't come at all. Then when you call they're mad at you for calling to check on the order. Its my money and I am allowed to worry about it. Horrible

This Pizza Hut's food is not good, they half ass make it and tend to forget things a lot and the drivers and extremely rude

DO NOT EAT HERE! Got robbed and they kept serving pizza which erased the finger prints and their cameras don't work. Smh. Everything about this place sucks.

I ordered my pizza&wigs at 9: 08 it is now 11: 18 in I still haven't gotten my food This it's sad omg I'm so upset

I dunno how the manager of this location manages to keep this place open! 90℅of the time they mess up my order, give me burned food, pizza tastes bad like a sheet of soap! I have had my money back lots of times because I've brought the food back! It's the World's Worst Pizza hut.
