Pizza Hut, Houston TX

Yall have done better. I ordered the Edge pizza, Pepperoni, with extra cheese, and there was no extra cheese on the pizza. I took photos with my phone. I am hoping this concern of mine is resolved before I order again.

After ordering from this place for well over 20 years I am saying goodbye. My son after eating a slice of their pizza became violently sick to his stomach a couple of hours later. I called to report my concerns and was told no one had called into complain.yeah who cares if it is only one right was the impression I got from the employee.

Worst Pizza Hut never I order my pizza at 7: 45 pm Wait 2 hours for my pizza still didn’t delivered in it already 10: 02 call to talk to manger she put me on hold 8: 30 minutes

I enjoy ordering PH from my job rather than at home. This particular location has amazing delivery drivers who call when enroute to confirm location.also the food is always no warm but HOT! I dont mind tipping when i ask for delivery.

So I just ordered a pizza for someone and after checking out, I've noticed it was wrong location. My hubby order the correct order for my friend and we decided to pick up the one I made by mistake. We are glad we did. It is super fresh, tasty and they have gained two new customers!

I got the big box dinner for a really good price. I had a pizza here, but it was so good that we finished it, no leftovers.nothing

Ordered thru the app, and waited 10 min, however, the pizza had not even been put in the oven when we got there, didn't mind waiting another 10 min, but when we got home to eat, we had to cook it another 10 min and the dough was still very doughy.

1. Of all i live 3 minutes away from this restaurant and i ordered my pizza 2 hours before they texted me saying they ere on their way and after they said they were on their way it took them 1 hour to arrive in total of 3 hours waiting for my order to arrive and it wasn't a big order It was just a pizza and buffalo wings and i tried to contact them but they wouldn’t pick up. Terrible experience

Ordered for delivery, 4/7/20, one medium hand tossed Supreme. Total billed, $21.64. A bit a high you say? Guess what folks, in today's new norm where online orders and delivery is becoming so lucrative, the greedy vulture of this particular franchise wasn't happy enough with the increased sales, they want to push that envelope by price gouging on product and service as well. Medium Supreme Pizza jumped from $11.99 to $15.99 and delivery went from $2.50 to $4.00. Thank you Pizza Hut Franchisee for your humanitarianism.
And don't forget to tip your driver!

Please be aware of the pastas from this location i ordered four pastas and i took one bite and realized they taste as if they were 2 months old then after a few second i could smell a bad odor from them, now im calling and having a hard time getting a hold of a manager by phone so im having to go out of my way to stop by location.

Guys - don’t order from this location. If the others are good, cool. This location seems to have a running theme of untimely delivery, terrible customer service, and employees LYING about even KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AND CALLING! This is ridiculous, don’t waste your time - prepaid or not. This piece of —— isn’t worth your money.

Called to place an order. I arrived at the location and they don't have it. I showed them that I called the number at their location, yet they are trying to make me believe that I placed it somewhere else.

The drive through is insanely small and frustrating. I knocked my mirror in the stupid poles trying to get into the window.

Waited an hour for some burned / over cooked boneless wings! Y'all charge to much to be burning my food and having the audacity to deliver it in that manner.

Ordered a pizza friday around 11 pm never received it or a update on why. Attempted to call store but it was closed. Called again in the morning they promised to resend a pizza at the same time since it was closer to my work. And a credit. 11pm came and went called around 11: 45 pm no manager there and they guy was quick to argue about the credit and said they where no orders in my name for delivery.

Bad attitude and bad pizza. Ordered a simple pizza with no meat. Specially told them not to put any meat pieces. What I got was a pepperoni pizza. When I asked why it was the girl in the window got angry at me for no reason. Never coming back

Occasionally forget to put marinara sauce for my bread sticks, but overall it's a good place. Also the coupons they email are great never pay full price.

Order delivered was missing an item they were out of but neglected to notify me (no record of a call and online order had not changed). I had another pizza delivered and they waived the delivery fee but gave me the wrong pizza.they made another and sent it. Total time 2 1/2hrs for my completed order.
I'm patient but also hungry and pregnant.

They delivered half eaten cheese sticks & when I called and complained, The manager said it was sent by accident, he sent a fresh order of cheese sticks 30 minutes later. VERY Unacceptable!
