We ordered and prepaid, like we usually do. Pizza never turned up, which was a little weird, since we've ordered pizza from them many times, and I tip well (since delivery staff don't have much money), and the delivery staff know me.

After noticing that the pizza is over an hour late, I called. They said there was no answer at the door, which was impossible, since we had friends over and they can all hear if the the doorbell rang or someone knocked.

They said they'd re-deliver in 45 minutes. Over an hour later, I called again. They put the phone down. I called again and asked to speak to a manager. The manager (if he/she actually answered) put the phone down as well even before I could speak.

Goodbye, Pizza Hut.

My good was burnt and cold my kids wouldn’t even eat it and no marinara sauce for our bread sticks and our food was apparently out for delivery for a whole hour! I won’t order from them again!

I ordered from here multiple times and its ok sometimes but this last time the manager who said her name was Jessica and refused to give her last name was rude about the old burnt 48 pc wings we were sent.i am the paying customer. She refused to give her superiors contact information.she refused to give the number to the main office. She should be trained better. They should employ better people.i am honestly afraid they will spit in the food.

Now I see why why this location is so Terrible. Ordered food and was charged at 9: 05 pm.it is now 12: 45 am and still no food. Tried calling only to learn the store was closed.

We're "fed up". We're going to buy from Dominos Pizza henceforth. Most of our friends prefer Dominos anyhow!

This place is so terrible. Every time I place an online order, I show up and they tell me they don’t know where my order is or that they never received it. The employees are very lazy and act like they don’t care. They never offer compensation or a discount for their mess up. I will never be coming back to this location.

Switched to Pizza Hut because Dominos customer service was atrocious. Well, no difference here. Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was estimated 30-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called the location to check on delivery. The guy on the phone was short and simply said: "Yeah, we're busy. "

Once the pizza arrived (an hour and ten minutes later) it was warm, at best.

Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible, slow service for sub-par pizza.

I have ordered here at this pizza hut a total of 3 times since it's right around the corner The last time being today hoping they'd get my order correct. The hour and a half wait i don't mind. However what's upsetting is my order arriving partially how I payed for and placed it each time.

Most disgusting wings since when do they bread the wings no flavor 31.00 spent on wings go elsewhere down the street to dominoes

Got there and they told me they gave my pizza to somebody else, they were sorry and they would cook another one, took 15min

I won't even be returning to this restaurant, let alone recommending it. I ordered a large meatlovers today and when it arrived it was very soggy on the bottom. Not a little greasy, soggy. The whole inside of the pizza was a basically mush. We tried to eat it, but it was pretty terrible. We had wings and chocolate chip brownie so we ate that and I sat down to watch tv. 30 mins later, I'm hungry again and decide to try the pizza again. Still mush, I decided I would call the store to see if they would replace it. The person that took my call did not even offer to replace it. He offered me a $5 credit on a meal I paid $24 for! I said "no, how about a replacement? " He said they were very busy running up to 90 minutes on deliveries and that would be very inconvenient for the store. He said he could do a ten dollar credit and that would be the most. I was dumbfounded. I didn't know what to say. He didn't even ask if I would be willing to wait the 90 minutes. I would have. I asked him if the ten dollars would be refunded to my card. He said "no, its a store credit. " I said " so I would have to use it at your store? ". Fine bye. Hung up the phone and immediately typed this. I wasn't looking for anything I didn't pay for. I just wanted a pizza. You couldn't do that, so now I will actively avoid and encourage others to avoid your restaurant.

Throughout the years their pizza quality has declined so much. I miss those days, when you could dine in and someone in the kitchen area tossed doug. That's the pizza hut I love.
Recently,
I ordered takeout pizza, weather outside was pretty nasty, but it was still early, roughly 6 pm. About 20 minutes later, I get a call from them. Telling me that they were closing the store in 2 minutes. When placing the order, I was never adviced of them closing early. When I got there, there were no apologies. Manager had a mean demeanor. The food was as usual but I was made feel like I had done something wrong.

Never ordering from here again.our order was $35 plus a free pizza from redeemed points. We had 2 pizzas, wings, and an order of breadsticks. Wings were good. But the breadsticks had no seasoning, the pizzas not only did not have any hut crust like we requested, but they were both NOT FULLY COOKED! This was the last straw for our family.

I only gave one star because I had to give at least one star to post. This location should be shut down. I have had several issues with ordering from them, but this last time was the worst. I paid about $50 for my order and it was never received. I kept calling only to get CSRs that couldn't tell me anything about my order, only that it was en route. I was finally able to get transferred over to the actual location after repeatedly calling and I was told that my order would not be delivered to me. I still haven't received my refund for this and no reasonable explanation as to why the driver could not deliver my food. Just a HORRIBLE location!

I wish i could give less than a 1 one star every time i order from them i get horrible service am greeted by someone who absolutely looks like they dont want to be there, and my order is always wrong i 100% DO NOT recommend ordering from this establishment it is absolutely horrid.

Ordered my pizza through the app at 10: 30pm. Got the conformation email and tracker. Even called the provided number to make sure my order went through (they assured me it had) It's now 12: 00am and still no pizza. I've called the store and they now claim to be closed. Awesome. Now I'm stuck here at work till 9am with no food. Thanks for nothing, Pizza Hut!

I was told 50 - 60 minutes and the pizza took two hours to be delivered. All I got from the store was "I'm sorry it's late". Late would be 15 minutes not an hour. If you're an hour late to work without saying anything you're fired. Looks like I'm using Papa John's or Domino's.

I'd like to give 0 stars. Gosh I wish I would have read the reviews but I ordered through their website. Waited almost 2 hours for my pizza. If finally arrives. Cold. Pretty gross tasting and the amount of grease was just ridiculous. After half a slice I had to stop eating as it was making me sick. Waste of time. Waste of money.

It is carry out or delivery only (usual for most Pizza Hut's these days). Pick up is normally a little tricky because of the small parking lot. To me, it seems easier to have it delivered, and it is normally very fast. I've had to wait on carry out before (while calling ahead). But the orders are always correct. I will typically order online, so not sure if that is a factor.
