30Pizza and wings were hot and good! Also the lady who delivered the food was soooo nice and professional!
They were awesome. Placed my order for delivery 25 minutes before they closed and one of the ladies working actually called me to let me know she had no drivers. I told her thanks for letting me know and that I'd pick up i stead. Got lost trying to get there and she was still there waiting for me when i got there 25 minutes AFTER they closed. Very understanding and patient young lady. This is my new Pizza Hut. Thank you again for waiting for me after closing.
I ordered pizza twice paid for it twice was never delivered. Called the store multiple times they said they would remake the order and send it out it was never delivered. Called the store again they said they could not refund my money unless I went to the store. So I had to drive to the Pizza Hut to get a refund. Not a pleasant experience.
Well yesterday was awesome, when I made my order. For tha first time it was ready on time, hot, & just tha way I ordered thm?
I ordered a pizza from a cardinal to Mesa location when I completed my payment online it stated that I must go to Sycamore location to pick up my pizza I call the store to ask why that was the person that answered the phone couldn't give me an explanation she just stated that it would be wise for me to come pick up that pizza from there I've been out for manager someone got off their song I explained the situation again stated that I was not familiar with Sycamore School location and if she could just call the store in state that I was going to go by there to pick up my pizza she did not know how to handle this matter she did not know how to she did not know how to dress go to give me an explanation of why this is happening she just stated that she's not the manager before that night she was however she had no knowledge of how to take care of my situation I was very upset I cannot understand why there was people there that could not give me a reasonable explanation as to why my pizza order had to be picked up at Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth Texas I so I eventually drove down there and called and stated to her that I was outside because the online hey Sarah curbside service only well she told me that she could not bring my pizza to me because that website is not correct I am frustrated at this point I can't believe they have people working there did have no knowledge of management skills the young lady that finally did come out to bring my pizza she was very polite and knowledgeable she then explain to me the possibility of what could have happened as to why that website rerouted my pizza to their location I would like to recognize Emily for being very polite and friendly employee of Pizza Hut with her knowledge and her skills she should be promoted and she will be returning to school to further her education to have a better life Pizza Hut needs more employees like Emily she deserves a well increase raised thank you Emily for being very sweet and polite God bless you
My order was never made or delivered, and no one called to tell me they were not going to make it. I had to find out by looking at my bank and found the charge was reversed. I waited over an hour to find that out.
Your pizza was potentially 3 stars, however, since you left me on hold for over 10 minutes for no reason and I had to call back, you lose half a star. You lose another half a star because 1 of the 6 people I saw working there was actually wearing a mask correctly. If you aren't gonna wear it right, you might as well not be wearing it. The rest are freely contaminating the environment. Not sure if I'll return under those conditions.
Never will we go to any Pizza Hut again after ordering here. It was a waste of my 23.00 it was ugly it was disgusting I hope I don’t get sick never ever ever again
I selected contactless curbside pickup for my order, and when I arrived at the store, hit the button in my email to let them know I'd arrived. 15-20min went by (past the ETA), and we called the store.blantently asking if our order was ready for a long time.and were told "Yeah" by an employee who sounded mostly asleep and very unbothered. There was no apology, no offer to remake anything, no rush to the car with the order.nothing. We will find a different store for next time.
First of all this pizza hut don't deserve no star. My pizza looked like some 4 year olds made it no cheese and what a hour and a half
Ordered two items for pickup. Boneless wings and cinnasticks. Said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes to go pick it up got to the store waited another 25-35 minutes before it was thrown together and ready. The staff was friendly, but waiting almost an hour for pickup is rediculous.
I would give no stars if possible. I waited over an hour for delivery and then when the estimated delivery time of 8: 55 came and went and it was 9: 20 and still nothing I called the number listed. Then I was told my order was messed up (one 2 topping pizza and cheese knots) and it would be another 30 min. No apology was ever even given, no explanation just it would be another 30 min. So I asked to cancel. But before I could cancel I asked why they never informed me of the delay and she said because I was paying cash?

If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered delivery for my children while I was at a meeting for work. While I payed online my full order was not delivered. When I called to the store the rep hannah i spoke with asked did i know the drivers name or what he looked like? I said no I was not there she said well I dont know what you want me to do. I then pulled up my camera from the front door looked at the feed and described what he looked like. She then said she would try and figure out who it was, but am I sure my kids aren't lying about not receiving the order. I was so insulted she then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I drove 45 mins from work where I was to come to the store to get what I paid for and speak to a manager. The service I received was horrible. Until I spoke to sonja who informed me the manager would be contacting me which NEVER happened. Sonia was amazing the only person who tried to right the wrong. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here. And the sad part is I also have a corporate account with Pizza Hut that I will be canceling as well. I will and i repeat WILL NEVER go to this store again. The service here is HORRIBLE.
They took more than double the time that was said when it says 10-20 minutes that what you expect not an hour and when you've got a hungry family waiting at home that's just unacceptable!
Very poor customer service, cut you off in mid sentence, and tell you that they're not delivering 2 hours before closing.
They're delivery closes early. And the other Pizza Huts close by refused to deliver on an address only 4 miles away. NICE WAY OF SHOWING CUSTOMER APPRECIATION.
Awful i waited 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered once they gave no notice i had to call and was placed on hold 3 times Ugh! I just went to go get pizza from a different place, i don't ever complain but this wasn't their first infraction we would order pizza at LEAST Once a week and Big orders every time, let's just say we're dominos pizza people now
They keep they delivery closed so you can't get the online deals. All weekend long no delivery online. Here it Monday when the special is over now you can get delivery online now.
Ordered pizza here and after waiting a hour and a half I called. After being put on hold three times, they told me my order hasn't even started to be made yet with attitude. This store has the worst customer service and pizza always cold. Dominoes anyone?
I've read bad reviews about this place but the times I went there was friendly staff, appropriate wait time, and when my food was done the opened the box to make sure I got what I needed
