Pizza Hut, Fort Worth TX

I don't understand what kind of pizza shop doesn't want to do business on Sundays. What food goes with football on television - pizza. This place either closes on Sundays or doesn't do delivery on Sundays. How does the boss justify this nonsense? Oh, wait, just look at who runs the place - question answered. Hello, Papa John's right down the street.

Ordered Pizza and wings. Pizza came but no wings I called the store and they apologized. Wings showed up 45 minutes later and they were cold. I also experience this location with closed delivery service after 5pm on some days. Very inconvenient.

Waited in lobby for an hour to get a pizza that was supposedly ready when I walked in door. One of my pizzas was "lost" and had to be made again 30 mins after I walked in. I remembered why I hadn't been to this location in years. Won't be going back, ever!

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered pizza and wings. 8 piece wing only had five wings. Called and the best they could do is take back the entire order, and deliver new wings and pizza which was going to take over an hour. They were very rude the entire conversation and refused to correct the situation in any reasonable way.

Typical pizza Hut! Delivery is goid, never had any problems with pizza or service. We always use the app to order.

I wish I could put negative numbers this is the 2nd time our company has ordered and the food is COLD and disgusting looking. I called the manager only to be told that in order to get my money back I will have to bring the food back TOMORROW to recieve my refund! I am livid. This place is ghetto and ridiculous!

Just received my order: Pizza was COLD.marinara sauce for breadsticks MISSING and so were the wings. When called the store to address the matter they had the audacity to give ATTITUDE and said can't give the manager's name.

This location is known for making mistakes! This makes the 3rd time my order has been messed up or the order is incomplete or the food was cold. They forgot to deliver my 2 liter with my order tonight. I called & spoke with an associate over 30 min ago who said my Pepsi would be delivered promptly. The 2 liter still isn't here. I will definitely be contacting customer service & will be using different pizza company from now on!

We ordered online for delivery around 8pm stating order should be delivered by 8: 37pm. Around 9pm we called to find out when order will be delivered and they said in 10 minutes only to get our order delivered until 9: 29pm. Perhaps they should hire more drivers. I actually felt bad for only delivery man working tonight.

NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT I ordered Cheesesticks & IT WASNT NO CHEESE IN THEM & they WAS BURNT! The Delivery Man Didnt Even give my Change back He DROVE OFF!
