Pizza Hut Corporate Office, Plano TX

The pizza hut in Newport Arkansas needs to be closed. These people couldn't get an order correct if their live counted on it. Pizza hut will NEVER get another dime of my money. I gave it a one star because there was nothing lower.

The last time I had a pizza hut pizza it made me soooooo ill I lost my appetite for all pizza hut pizza and everytime I think about a pizza hut pizza I get a sick feeling in my stomach

I haven't ordered in 6 months BECAUSE, I got cheated out of $18.25 worth of pizza on a delivery, the manager said they were too busy to redeliver right away, BUT even after 4 more calls to them I never received my pizza.

Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville North Carolina has the rudest manager ever. On February 17th @ around 8: 30 pm, She lied about delivering my pizza to my house and was very confrontational over the phone then proceeds to lie and hang up on me. Many of us in my city don’t care for her but yet they won’t do anything about her unprofessional attitude. Pizza Hut establishment allows her to get away with it because many have complained about her. The universe has a way of giving you exactly what you dish out. She is going to try the wrong customer one day. This franchise is the worst of all the pizza franchise. I will never support this establishment again.

Pizza Hut n Hurst TX, delivery was guaranteed in 30-45mins. 1.5 hrs and still no delivery.tried calling and was put 6 times on hold before i can say a word. Unacceptable. Very rude customer service by the woman who eventually answered the phone and cancelled the order! WILL NEVER order form that place again!

I tried to order online. The total was 58 and some change. My card was completely drained and miraculously my order nowhere to be found. 68.11 was taken and the order never went through. Called cooperate and they said dont worry the money wil be returned by the end of the night. Its been two days. No order no money. Very poor customer service. I am out 68 dollars for what? My family didn't get to enjoy the meal. The order never went through!

You all need to fix the fact that the beyond meat pizza is not available, the local store in SC on Two Notch road is charging person full price for practically just a cheese pizza and not even having the responsibility of calling their customers and saying they aren’t offering it! Manager would not refund me the difference only give me $5 store credit and excuses for why it’s pizza guts fault.

You have about lost my business. If I spend $20 on a pizza, I should not have to add my own cheese. You have truly failed your customers!

I give Pizza Hut of Blytheville Arkansas a 1 because I eventually got my food. Employees are rude, it took my order 3hours and 2 phone calls to get delivered. I placed my order online. When I finally got my food it was cold, burnt, and squished. I will not be ordering from this place again and if I had not already paid online I would have canceled the order.this is not the first time but was giving them a second chance.

HOPE YOU ARE CLOSED DOWN SOON. ALSO, THEY ARE FORCING CUSTOMERS TO PAY $20 FOR DELIVERY ON TOP OF CHARGING $5 FOR A DELIVERY, SHAME ON YOU.

Placed my order online and the delivery time was 30-45min. I call back a hour and 20 minutes later only to find out there is a 3 hour wait! That's just ridiculous they could at least call the customers and let them know what's going on!

I had the sorriest experience in my life today at PIZZA HUT IN MARTIN, TN. FIRST THE LADY ACCUSED ME OF BEING A CRANK CALLER AND HUNG UP ON ME THEN SOME MAN GOT THE PHONE GAVE EXCUSES FOR THE LADY AND ASKED A COUPLE OF TIMES WHAT MY MC NUMBER WAS. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING I DID NOT GET ANY KETCHUP FOR MY FRENCH FRIES. I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. DOMINOES IN MARTIN WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

I have purchased from pizza hut a lot in the last yr or so, i deleted my old address added a new one placed online order and it still went to wrong pizza hut. Called store spoke to Tony mgr at vista wood store who said the only thing he could do is cancell order but couldn't refund me, called corp ofc they were no help. I hate papa johns but they customer service is a hell a lot better. Thanks to Tony and corp ofc my kids eat sandwiches instead of the pizza mom promised

No stars to the Fort Morgan, CO Pizza Hut. The pizza was scorched brown cheese and like cardboard So they brought another that was also burnt. The one in Superior CO has good pizza never burned. Seems like they need a new pizza over or new chef at PIzza Hut Fort Morgan CO Thank s

Horrible customer service and nothing but excuses from management at the Beach & Western Center location. Plenty of other options in the immediate area. Take your money and business elsewhere and it will force change if you like the product. Just got the same quality for less money across the street. Bet I don’t even get a response from corporate on this post. Good luck Pizza Hut, weekly spender, 20 x 52 = $1,040 per year lost.

They are extremely rude and lazy and made up lies bc they were too lazy to work a few minutes later than usual! They are lucky to get one star!

This company is HORRIBLE! After ordering a pizza online it said the pizza would be delivered in 21-31 mins. After 45 mins of waiting I contacted the location only to be told that the order was canceled! No one made us aware, no call or anything and the manager DID NOT offer a resolution.

Ordered from Union city tonight what a big mistake. Ordered a Large pan meat lovers Wings and brownies and I got a thin crust pizza with hardy any toppings and no cheese and no wings and burnt brownie. This place sucks
