Pizza Hut Corporate Office, Plano TX

Terrible place to order a pizza. The customer service is non existent. The few workers there at this place are so busy that they will gather in the back and pick off the food thats to be prepared for customers, gross! I walked out after watching the staff. Please, spend your money elsewhere. The place should be shut down-just gross! Oh, it’s the Pizza Hut on Lemmon and Cedar Springs location!

Went to tilton pizza hut they said only have thin crust we ordered many pizzas for a reunion the worse pizza we e ever had next day everyone was sick I want a refund getting ahold of Corp or calling consumer to complain

If I could give a half of star I would. Your customer service needs redefining. We've had one of the worst experiences ever. The manager in Columbia Heights MN location should be replaced. Shameful

This was the worst experience and just utter freakin chaos to order a large pizza and a two liter, an hour and a half later and six phone calls the manager is extremely rude and could care less about taking care of us, and hung up on me, then continues to send me to voicemail repeatedly. NEVER again will i buy from Pizza hut thanks to, Levi 5100 williamsburg rd Richmond, VA 23231 Im only giving it 1 star because thats the lowest choice available

My pizza has been voided out by a 18 ur old 4 times so far. 3 hours later still no pizza. I was told by the call center this last time my pizza would be free but the manager said NO it was my fault they couldn't find my house so no free pizza. Rude employees. Pizza isn't all that great. I'll find somewhere else to go!

Place an order online.my pizza should have cost only $11: 95 because that's what it stated at checkout online. When I went into go pay the employee informed me that my pizza was over $16. When calling the corporate office the automated answering machine does not connect the phone call to anyone.

Today I ordered my pizza at 7: 27 & it said it would get here at 8: 20. It didn’t then I called at 9: 40 & the girl said it had just came out the oven. 10: 45 comes still no pizza, I’ve been calling & calling & the phone just keeps beeping. It’s 11: 08 & I've still not received my pizza.

Made order on 04/12 2018 Thursday night. The manager was very rude. Did not want to give me corporate number because cause there employee stated I had the wrong store and the pursue to hang up on me. Then I call back and manager claims he will credit my account. And would not give me his name. I will report this to corprate. It took 1 hour and 13 mins to receive order after rude service.
