I had a lot of difficult maintenance questions and called several different times. Monica Alvarado answered with great patience and and with great empathy each and every time. Excellent customer service!

I highly recommend this company I am an owner in Mexico and I love that there is people that will inform me of my house status or any doubts I have in Spanish. Great customer service and great company for owners that live out of town.

Poor and extremely slow/delayed communication between the HOA, Owner, and Tenant leading to $100 in late fees that they refused to be accountable for. High deposit amounts. I was also erroneously fined $100 for an inspection "no show". They took it from my deposit reimbursement and it took over a month to be fixed.

Absolutely outstanding and professional service from Birdie Properties, above and beyond my expectations from a property management company, compared to my last company I was with, they guided every step of the way, thanks Gregg and Lorena!

I guess let me start off by saying i'm not happy about the fact that they won't manage my home but I understand the "standards" this company has. Grateful Lorena took the time to explain to me why they wouldn't manage my home and refereed me to a company they thought "may" manage my home. That's more then what other "professionals" offered me. Sounds like a good company to work with if you have a home worth renting.

I was telling him about Bill Roberts, he was the leasing manager that helped me find my perfect nest! Im so happy with Birdy Properties and their friendly staff, I could go on for ages, but it all started with Bill and his charm and charisma! Thank you so much again, I love it!

I had an appointment to see a rental property with Michael montalvo, 18 minutes prior to our appointment, he cancels on me, I'm already there waiting at the property waiting.this was very unprofessional and terrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars for this incident.

Fast reliable service, great maintenance work quickly done, its been a great pleasure, I haven't had too many issues and they've probably been ones I could've fixed myself but there's a woman I spoke with Heather, she helped me out when I was basically too busy (lazy) and needed assistance, thanks so much Birdy!
