Sold my bumper pull trailer there. Intake rep was friendly and thorough. The sales department as a whole could use some work on returning calls though.

They sold my unit, but failed to adequately inform me of that fact. I had to call in and check with the receptionist to find out what was going on. Messages were unreturned.

Otherwise, I was happy with the rest of the process.

I arranged with them to have my mechanic come check out an RV I was interested in. After he got there, they suddenly remembered their policy to not let mechanics check out RVs unless you've already signed the purchase contract. Super shady and inconsistent. Shop somewhere else.

Placed an online order on 15 Mar 2021. Paid 59.00 for 2nd Day UPS shipping. Two days later never received the items. Called customer assistance and waited 2 hours for an answer. Notified that the the order was not shipped. I was charged the full amount. Truly unreal. Had to cancel the order and will need to go to another retailer. Don’t purchase from this company if you expect delivery on the day of purchase. They will charge you and send days later. Requested refund. We will see if processed as promptly as charged.

We visited PPL Motor Homes many times while shopping for our RV. They sell used RVs on consignment. Although we eventually purchased elsewhere, (a brand new fifth wheel,) we liked how they operated. You check in at the front and get an inventory list and price sheet then you are free to browse all the RVs at your leisure. We really appreciated the ability to walk through at our own pace and talk freely.

Well to say the least we took our rv there to be put on consignment. Told the lady we wanted to sell the rv so price it to sell not to sit. Also told them I would like to be notified of any offer. After waiting about two months with no communication thought I would give them a call and check on status. When they told me they had had an offer of 18k and turned it down I asked why my phone never rang they said it wasn’t a compatible offer. So I told them to sell the camper well sir the lady has already left we can try to reach out. Couple weeks go by and I call to check again they say we had a lady very interested but was a little to high priced price once again phone never rang. So by this time Iam very disgusted and the 90 day contract is just about up so I call and and ask them what they will just buy the camper out right for. They offer me $14,500 so we settle on 15k and the appraisal guy says we have to run it thru a check again which I could have thought they ran it thru that when I dropped the camper off. Seems they need to try harder to sell camper and stay in contact with the customer selling the camper and everyone would be happier.

Havent bought anything yet, but I really like the no-pressure shopping environment here. You really get the time to look at each unit and see if it's right for you. The prices are very reasonable and there are plenty of trailers to look at. They also have a well-run website with their inventory listed.

Great selection of consigned used Rvs here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to freeway and easy to find. We'll return to buy an rv!

Faster delivery than expected. This ATS has ETL and UL certs not mentioned in product description.

Looking for Class A RVs. Helped by Rhonda. Could not have asked for someone better. Went through their entire process of buying, including financing. They were happy to hold an RV over the weekend so we could take time to consider our options financially. Perfectly transparent about any and all important flaws, went over if the vehical was in an accident, any major repairs or replacements, etc. Don't know yet if we are buying the RV we fell in love with, but I do know PPL is absolutely worth checking out if you are in the market for a used motorhome.

Consignment sales; but you are free to look around, climb in, open and examine every trailer and RV without a salesperson on your elbow. That said, research the prices. Staff is very helpful. Most of the travel trailers were larger ones, at the time we visited.

My order was as mentioned on PPL’s website awesome price received it well before Christmas it was packaged well so expect no concerns with damages since it is a gift and has yet to be opened job well done thank you PPL!

We have purchased 2 rigs from them. Decent experience, and they are willing to take the time to get the paperwork for us to NOT pay sales tax! ️ We're from Oregon, not Texas. LOVE Texas! ️️

I love this place. You have to stop and see what they have. And look online for there RV supplies. They have more then anyone else out there. Great people and a great store.

Had a great experience for price and shipped on time. Got the deluxe extend a stay for what the hoses would cost other places like CW

I've seen this place online and looked at their inventory online and really wanted to go look around in person upon arrival I was a little bit disappointed with the unhelpfulness of the staff they lost a sale

Customer service was great friendly the RVs that are consignment need to be seriously cleaned most were nasty and filthy not presentable and smelled horrible.

I remodel vintage RV's, so I'm always searching for the best prices on big ticket items like air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. These folks always have the best prices, the service is great, and I'll be danged if air conditioners don't show up the next day in Kerrville. Can't be that.

PPL is probably the best RV consignment dealer in Texas. Very friendly and it easy to deal with them.
