Personally are pleasant. Consignments need to be clean up for sale better. Exit sign is placed where there's no exit very confusing.

I didn’t purchase a unit from PPL, but they have been so helpful answering questions about a unit I purchased from a friend. If I’m ever in the market, this is the first place I would go!

Great place for consignment RV s, keep your eye open for the specials or rock bottom RV s, they really are.

They do have more used RV's than anyone else that I know of so that is a positive. The lady at the front marked which RV's matched our requirements. She was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the majority of the ones we looked at were not in acceptable condition. Not their fault, they simply consign or sale for others.

What an enjoyable experience. The staff was so friendly and Jean was knowledgeable about the coaches. There was no pressure to buy anything. My wife and I were free to examine the coaches at our leisure.

I recently bought a trailer from PPL. What really impressed me is when I got a check back for the miscalculated taxes. PPL miscalculated the taxes on my camper by less then $2. They took the time to send me a refund check that most likely cost them about the same amount. I am impressed with the honesty of this company to go through that much for less then $2. By the way we love the camper and the whole process was very smooth.

Excellent service. Large inventory with both luxurious motorhomes to used less expensive motor homes and trailers. No pushy salepersons.

Warning to purchasers of PPL consignment RV's They will not tell you anything that may be wrong with the RV it is totally up to you to spot issues. There $399.00 so called inspection does not include any roof integrity leaking issues rotten floors, water damage, engine or transmission problems. The sales people just play dumb.
It is very much BUYER BEWARE. You don't even get to speak with the owner of the RV.
I do not recommend this company for anything.

My husband I and were told about Xtra Ride and the coverage the company provided through PPL when we got our RV. Xtra Ride is one of the biggest wastes of money. We were told of all the things they covered on the little pamphlet we were given (which by the way they don't cover what is on the pamphlet). I am beyond upset as to why the sales rep for PPL that we trusted to take care of us would recommend such a disreputable insurance company.

Was told I could not test drive a motor home! When Is the last time you didn't test drive a car! CRAZY!

Prices are ridiculous and they have some really screwy poljcies regsrdimg trade ins. Do not shop here.

Of course Im going to give full stars i work there and have since they openned the doors in new braunfels with the exception of two other employees this is the best place to work.

I took my RV that I wish to sell to PPL I miss my appointment because my truck had some trouble everybody was very nice very kind they even drove me to the rental car place to get a rental

No pressure. Come in, walk around and check out any RV you like, without a salesman harassing you.

Can't find a lot about pre-owned on lot, pre-inspections of vechicles limited, little to no guarantees - as you inspect it is pretty much as you, buy it. Buyer beware policies. They have very friendly staff but know not much about the vehicles.
