Worst experience I have went through. Been jumping through hoops to purchase a 2019 Montana. At first I was told 55k would buy the unit. I then asked about consigning my fifth wheel. Was told that I could not consign my unit and purchase the Montana. They would buy mine, and I would have to purchase theirs at full price. The salesman wanted the information on mine and I gave him the information. He call me and left me a message that they would give me 20k for mine and pay full price for theirs. I agreed. I drove 880 mile round trip to order a lost title and took them the documentation today. The story changed. The salesman said they would not give me 20k until they saw mine. I told the salesman he told me 20k if I paid the full price on the unit. He told me that was not what he said. Then another person came out and backed the salesman. I was so angry I left. Then I received a call that another salesman wanted to talk to me. I said I was driving and they could call me in an hour. I never received a call back. I knew I was told 20k, so I went and searched my emails, texts, and found the message in my voicemail. My voicemail supports their salesman told me 20k and I would have to pay full price for their unit. I knew I had not made that number up. PPL wants a copy of that voice mail I would be happy to share that with them.

Much better place than some to purchase a used RV. All look relatively clean and are priced well.

Not sure how, but ever time I've been, no salesperson or golf cart treatment. Just a paper map and some directions.

Great place to park an RV with a car in tow to go inside. Easy in and easy out. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This place is awesome! Their store has just about anything you may need for your RV and a good selection for the more fun side of camping/RV living! The staff in the store and service center couldn't be nicer! HIGHLY recommend!

Huge selection of RVs and you can look without being grilled for buying right that minute. People are very friendly and informative. They even had a cooling station for you to be able to shop this summer. Now that's customer service!

No pressure from sales people. They have something for everyone. Wander around, kick the tires. Looking forward to doing business here.

I was staying in the Houston area and needed an RV part and didn’t want to drive to Camping World outside of Houston 20 Miles away. PPL RV store had a great selection of parts and the cashier matched the outline price.awesome.

This place is a freeking NIGHTMARE to deal with when buying a used RV. Delay after delay for weeks. Nobody returns calls, nobody knows anything, and worse yet, nobody seems to care. Find another place to buy a RV.

Very helpful parts and supplies staff. Wide variety of consigned RV's
. Product knowledge of the consignment sales team varies. Some are interested and engaged others are just order takers However their intake process is thorough and product descriptors and representations on point.

Incredible number of RVs of all types. Arranged nicely with a directory and map to find what one is interested in. All open and accessible. No salesman as escort. Nose around as you please.

My first purchase from PPL motorhomes was an Atwood water heater and the price was incredible! The customer service rep I spoke to, David H.was exceptional and the shipping was fast. I couldn't have done better anywhere else. These folks are my new favorite RV parts store!

There were alot of good deals and alot of choices. Theres no customer service on the buying RV side. Its heres a map, go look and if you see something that you like come ask for a salesman. Its hot and their inventory is massive. You walk and walk and thete is nothing to drink. Be sure to grab or take something to drink when you go. Im wondering if the salesman gets a commission? If so then I wound want to get the commission cost off my purchase. I know what Im looking for and need no financing.

Very helpful and friendly. Much better than some of the dealers in the area. Better prices than others also.

They helped us out when we were in a serious jam. Friendly service and honest repair. Didn’t try to add any unnecessary work. Very professional. Joy, Adam, and Chris in the service department were our heroes today.

Go check out reviews on Yelp because these are fake. We ordered a Dometic AC from this place since it was cheaper. Never again! I'd rather pay more from a company that will actually respond when you call or email. The AC was messed up after we installed it and this place wouldn't respond to emails or return my calls. I had to take this thing apart and fix the fan myself. I don't recommend this place. Once they get your money they ignore you. Very unprofessional and the worst Customer Service!

I like coming here to look but it would be worth it to me if they marked which units have been owned by smokers or had pets in them. Would save a lot of my time.
