Picked up the parts we needed to fix our Onan generator. The prices were good, compared with other prices for the same parts.

Emailed for additional info on rv and did not receive response. Then I called and spoke with a salesman who was rude and acted bothered by the facts I had specific questions. Said he'd email me answers within 48 hours, never got that response either. Ended up buying an RV elsewhere.

Poor customer service, Placed a order three weeks ago, still haven't received it, contacted customer service and was informed that the order hadn't shipped because they were waiting on the item from the manufacture and was clueless as to when it would arrive. They should not have shown that they item in stock to sell, I call bull_. I had to reach out to them to find out why the delay, there should have been some form of communication from them indicating there was a problem.

Clicked on there contact link and ask info about a Class C as they are 50 miles away and didn't want to make a trip for nothing but a week later still no response so guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great company. Just so busy. Too many customers and not enough employees. But that is a great thing.

I went for a converter and no idea what I was doing! The associate in the parts department helped me with everything I needed and was so friendly!

Caring enough to let us in the door for parts when we arrived at 4pm. Plan your trip to arrive on time!

Awesome place to visit if your even considering purchasing an RV. They let you walk around freely to view inside and out of all there inventory without being hassled. They have so much to choose from I would be surprised if you don't find what you need.

It was an easy install.but it did not arive befor my planed vacation i had ordered it in plenty of time so i could install it.i had to use restrooms away from my camper

Looks like i have to return part, the diameter of plug was to small however it looked like a good part for whatever it was intended

Product was as expected, however box arrived completely open on one end with no evidence it was taped at all.

We had a horrible experience with their online website! We ordered a washer dryer combo. 1 week later, 5 phone calls and emails, we have no confirmation of order, no tracking number and when we call PPL parts, we have been told 4 different times they would check with warehouse and call us back. They never call back? Crazy? Very poor customer service. We canceled the order.

A large inventory of consignment RVs which are presented by a staff with attitude who give potential customers the impression they were involved in something much more important before you walked in their door.

Prices are good, but TERRIBLE after purchase customer service by parts. Never received a shipping notice. Part of my order arrived unannounced. No response from emails sent asking when the rest would come. Spent over one hour on hold waiting to talk to someone just now and then was cut off when I got down to being caller #4. If they've got it in stock and shipping goes well they're good, otherwise you may as well be buying from China.

My AC went out and I live in Houston TX and it is in the 90's ordered the part I needed and got it the next delivery day.

These folks always kept in contact, emails seemed to work great. They sold our 2015 Wildwood 5th wheel in just few weeks and gave it a free cleaning. Nothing much needed from me during the process and at the end when it sold. Great service, kind folks and this could not have been easier. The small commission they receive was worth it!
