Went for a last minute blow it + hair styling, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on a Saturday! The owners were extremely courteous and professional. Thank you

I came here because I wanted to have a brazilian blowout, hair cut and hair color. I’m asian and my hair is semi-thick and straight. I’m used to having brazilian blowout yearly in a different salon, and we just moved here in Irving. Susan did my hair and she was very rough. She even said, “no pain, no gain. ” She also insulted how bad my hair was. I felt really bad after going to this salon. I stayed in the salon for almost 4 hours and they never offered any drinks. I paid $475 for the service and they insisted to give an extra tip. After 3 days, I washed my hair and it looked like I never had anything done on my hair. What a waste of money! I’m not going back here again!

I wanted a straight hair cut. But I found it was not a straight hair cut. Also part of the hair was left uncut. Didn’t realize until I got home.

Went for a haircut last week. Owner seemed to hav a bad day or i don no what. His attitude was rude. I wanted a bob hair cut. Ended up getting straight cut. They charge $15 extra just to dry your hair after hair cut. I mean I understand its an extra effort but when asked why do they charge this much.he replied super rudely. Do not waste your money here. Owner wont even apologize to you if its their fault

I use to use this salon and moved to Plano. Amanda is amazing! I will make the drive as other salons are too expensive and don't listen. If you are looking for a cheap haircut ho to super cuts. If you want a a professional haircut and color go to Pro Image.

This salon completely exceeded my expectations. I came here a little lost not knowing what to do with my hair and Susan helped me decide. She is very kind and knowledgeable, her and her husband work great as a team. This is for sure my new salon to go to.

I meant to do this review the day I had it done! Toy Marie was awesome! I have natural thick hair! And I don’t just trust anyone with cuting my hair but she did perfect! All 5 stars for her I would absolutely recommend anyone to her! And I’ll be going back to pro image salon again great service

Susan does an amazing job! Very experienced, super nice, professional and all around outstanding! I’m a natural dirty blonde and Susan refreshes it with highlights so well! And each time I see her, we change it up. She nails it every time!

They are extremely flexible (they take appointments and accommodate walk ins, as they did with my daughter today). Highly recommend this salon! Another expert stylist did a fantastic job on my teen daughter’s hair today and she loves it! Thank you!

Ask for Sam, the GM. He will pair you with the perfect stylist. This has been my salon choice for over 10 years, they always do an excellent job.

My stylist is JP. He pays excellent attention to detail and instructions when cutting your hair.

A was desperate for intervention. I layed all trust in Chase who works at this location. I left with profound confidence after such helpful advice was given on top of a glowing hair cut. I felt like a model!

This guy is notorious for striking up good conversation; though I am not very talkative in general Mr Chase sure found a way to get me to feel comfortable. Comfort and friendliness is pretty important to me in where I spend money.

I know everyone dreads to see what shortcuts were taken if any. With me, after a shower I can often see spots cut unevenly but this was not the case after my visit to Pro Image.it was utter perfection. I didnt have to adjust anything. I will be returning to this salan for monthly haircuts, they have earned a repeat-customer today.

Chase helped me schedule periodic trims between haircuts to get my edges looking proper. The energy in this place is so warm and inviting through and through. I would have to recommmemd at least one stop here.

Yesterday was my second experience at this salon, Susan color game is on point, They are so personal & respectful. My hair is perfect.

I have been here for last year. I like the service from Amanda. She understand what the customer is explaining and so the right job.

They used to charge $10 for men's hair cut. I felt very reasonable price. But now suddenly they started charging $22. That is really pricey, not worthy. I can't encourage it. Instead I can look for other better saloon.

Great location, all of the hair stylists are amazing especially JP and Paula. Pretty cheap for the quality of work they do, I always leave a big tip and have never been disappointed.

I just got my hair dyed there and I am more than happy and excited. She did a wonderful job.
