We've been going to them for years now. Really friendly people that do a great job for a fair price.

I've tried a lot of salons in the area, I like Pro Image because they offer good service at a reasonable price.
I've had Paola give me a haircut on a number of occasions and she hasn't disappointed.
Continuity helps in all aspects of life and a salon should be no different.

Got my hair shampooed and trimmed by Chase. I know it's only a trim with long layers which is pretty simple but he did a wonderful job. We also had great conversation! I really enjoyed my experience.

Went there to get a simple haircut. A guy didn't know what 1/2inch on top meant. Was trying to get rid of me quickly and didn't finish a job properly. One of the worst experiences I had.

They give great service here! Ask for Tony and you won't be let down. He did a very careful and thorough job, he has a great sense of style and attention to detail. The availability of convenient appointment times has never been an issue for me. The price is reasonable too for a cut and shampoo.

Tony at Pro Image is the best haircut I have gotten since ive move out to Irving. I've been to so many different places trying new options. Went to Pro Image and Tony cut my hair. Awesome job! Very nice and polite. The best part is I was done in and out around 30mins. I have been back three times since and will continue to go back.

I walked in an they were able to get to me right away! They did an amazing job on my color and the Brazilian blowout! As well as the cut and style. I will be going back!

Very upset! Asked for blonde highlights and dark brown low lights. They messed up my hair completely. I had Orange hair, and still had to pay $200.00!

I would have gave it zero stars! This was my second time going to them and it will be my last time. My regular hair stylist was out of town and I needed a hair cut for this weekend, well I have had medium to long hair and I've always done a long bob. I told the hair stylist exactly what I wanted to KEEP MY LENGTH and to do a slight trim in the back she cut the back of my hair above my shoulders and cut at least 2-3 inches off in the front before I could do or say anything the damage was done! I told her it was way to short and she kinda laughs it off and telling me that if I wanted layers then she needed to cut them short! I was PISSED TO SAY THE LEAST! I told the owners and they just said "well it will grow back" and then giggled. I've never had an experience like this and will never go back. WORST SALON EVER!

Sam & Susan are wonderful people, know their clients by name and have always treated me like family. Also, it seems no matter who's chair I'm in, I always walk out happy. They're very Professional!

Pro Image salon is a pretty great and friendly place. I've gone about twice, and had my hair colored and cut the way I've wanted. I recommend Yvonne! She's transformed my hair BIG time.:)

Talk about the best place you could possibly go to get your hair done! I've been going since I was 13, I'm now 26. They are so sweet, listen very well, have great suggestions and amazing customer service! I recommend them left & right! The owners are adorable people and I always leave happy. Definitely consider coming here. They're experts!

I got my highlights from Tony and he did a wonderful job with the color and a haircut that I am in love with. I would highly recommend this place.

JP is such a great stylist. He's been cutting my hair for years and I will never let anyone else touch my hair. Tony is amazing as well and the manager Susan is such a sweetheart.

Great place! Just moved to Irving and were very cautious about where to make my wife's hairs. The team there is great, very friendly and professional. The prices are affordable. Sam, the owner, is a great guy. Recommend.
