PURE at La Villita Apartments, Irving TX

The moving process was very easy and seamless and I was very happy to be a part of this beautiful community. The layout of the apartment is really nice, the fixtures, and the appliances are really nice as well. However a few months into my lease it is turning out to be more than a miserable experience. At first, I used to think the walls were made out of cardboard, but now I have confirmed they're made out of paper. My sleep cycle is dictated by my neighbor's snoring patterns at night time, them slamming doors, screaming and being extremely loud in the middle of the night to dogs barking uncontrollably nearby. Even though I live by myself, it is so loud in my apartment because of my neighbors, and being close to the intersection. Many times my work colleagues have thought I have multiple children running around in my apartment when I'm on the phone in meetings. I'm regretting even coming here and leasing an apartment just based on the layout and amenities available. My peace of mind and sanity are way more valuable than this.

Erika helped me with my lease and other related inquiries. Erika is very helpful and co-operative over phone, text and email and makes sure the move in process is smooth. I am finding this community nice and peaceful so far.

ERIKA, ERIKA! She is heaven sent and simply AMAZING! I moved from Georgia for school and a job, I found this apartment online, I contacted leasing office, And I started working with Erika. Being 15 hours away, she had me at peace with my move! She definitely went above and beyond! I am pleased and very glad that I chose this apartment complex! I truly thank Erika for helping, she is the BEST EVER!

Erika Echols made our experience wonderful. It added to the elegance of our new home here at La Villita. Erika made us feel welcome and all of the staff is very friendly and kind. There is no place in Texas as wonderful as Cortland La Villita and its surrounding properties. Peaceful, safe, Quiet. Simply put. "A piece of Heaven here on Earth", each day. Join us! I want to say that Erika in the office is amazing. I came to look at the complex to transfer from another property. I had explained to her that I had been having a horrible experience at another Cortland property. Erika went above and beyond for me. There was 2 reasons I didn't sign. 1 I needed a unit at the end of December which there was none at the time. 2. The charge for covered parking. But my choice was mostly due to the time frame. My current situation was getting worse where I already was and I wanted to be out by the end of December. All in all, Erika was outstanding! Thank you so much!

When I moved to this community I was transferring from Aleo at North Glen and Erika Echols assisted me with my transfer. This was in Feb of last yr so right before the pandemic when an appointment really didn't matter. Erika had impressed me with the way she handled the front office alone and accommodated everyone in a very personal and professional way. Needless to say I transferred to this community and Erika is still here with the same energy she had the day I met her, so if you're looking for a nice quiet community with a friendly staff THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

I wish I give a 0 star. I currently live in the community. The community management do renovations upstairs while you are living in the apartment, they drill, bang, vibrate and do all other kinds of noises which is like hell for a month. If you express a concern, they will show the lease agreement that you signed them. Its not fair to torture people while advertising its a peaceful community. Please be aware of it when you make a choice to move to this community.

Apartment looks good, definitely very spacious.
They got 5 days trash pick up which most apartments on other side of Las Colina's lack.
Car vacuum in the property was another benefit though least used. Most important, though it’s not a gated community but it’s pretty safe.

I don’t give it 5 star because the laundry room stinks big time.

Loving our new PURE staff and management. All the smiling faces and and helpful people in the front office like Courtney. The complex is clean and friendly and on point! Thank y'all so much for this upgrade.

Very shady apartment. Only particular community people are treated well. Please think twice before leasing here. Apartment rent is too high when compared to other apartments in same locality. AMLI management is far better than current management.

Great place! Well kept. Maintenance staff works quickly. Office staff is very friendly. The apartments are very nice.

Great and personable service by Esmeralda. I highly recommend these apartments as well as the staff!

Staff was very nice and though we aren't looking to move til April, Esmeralda was very helpful and I would reccomend this property to anyone.

Great community. Property looks well kept I am really looking forward to be moving here at the end of my lease.

I think new management PURE is doing a great job, Staff in the office is super friendly and helpful all the time, maintenance team is always on point taking care of issues.
After all this is a great location, property looks clean and organize all the time.
I can do nothing more than recommend to anyone who will like to stay in a quiet and nice area!

Move out charges $750+! If you have kids and they have a habit of messing around small things, then this place will be a costly affair to you. You can expect your move out charges to be as much as the last month rent. I was about to be charged $700+ for carpet alone for a small stain. Thankfully they reduced it after I challenged them legally.

Do not rent here. Units are overpriced. Management is terrible, they are always waiting to scam money out of their residents. These people are the type to send you a Revised Final Statement after you paid your move out balance.

New management from Pure is worst, it was good when AMLI managed this property. Do not rent here. They always wanted to take money from the tenants. Would have given zero rating if there is an option. I will not refer any friends to this community. Pathetic service from Pure management. Cant wait to get out of here. Manager has biggest attitude.

The management at PURE has been on top of any concern I've had and quick to answer any questions or fix issues that arise. I've lived here for only a few months so far and I'm very thankful for the patience of the management and the great customer service I've received since being here!

Instead of updating behind the scenes, I have talked to them and got it done. That simple.
