PURE at La Villita Apartments, Irving TX

I agree with most of the bad reviews here. AMLI was entirely different. The new management is pathetic! They don't pay any heed to whatever problems you face and are always waiting for an opportunity to take money from you. And they do seem to acknowledge the problem within themselves. Therefore, they are offering a good referral amount to anyone who refers friends or families. In spite of this, I will never refer anyone to this community. If you are looking to move in here, think a couple of times before you reach a conclusion.

New management is really not that great. The old management was great, everyone was friendly. Don't move to PURE at La Vallita. AMLI was better.

Edit: I can't lower my rating any more. But they will charge you for any little thing if you move out. Don't move here.

I have lived in at least 6 different apartments all my life and never had to pay extra after moving out. They are taking our deposits plus charging me over 400 dollar extra for having few nails? Which we used pretty much the same hole that was left in there when we moved in. We were newly wed and didn't even have that many pictures to hang and we are being charged $200 for nail holes. We had exactly 3 pictures hanging on the walls and 1 clock. We are being charged $15 for each drip pans, $35.00 painting even though we have not painted the walls? And over $150 for water bill for 2 months? If you plan on moving in into this apartment, be ready not to get your deposit back. When this place was under Amli, everything was good and now it's changed to Pure at la Villita, the services has not been the same. I have hired 3 people to clean the apartment and yet we are having to paying over $400 dollars.
