We were very impressed with this dealership. While most Houston Jeep dealerships have a shortage of Wranglers, River Oaks had the exact model and color we were seeking. David Wells, our Sales Manager, did a great job of working with us. We were able to work out a deal online. Our paperwork was ready when we arrived and within minutes we were driving off in our new vehicle. Everyone is very friendly AHS helpful. Consider using this establishment if you’re shopping for a new Jeep, you will not be disappointed.

Charles and Mark are very professional, very nice. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from river oaks, their service was top tier from the beginning. I was did not feel pressured, they had many choices (even when inventory is at all all time low) and helped a young car buyer through every step of the way. I was very pleased with the service I received on my car. They had it for over a month (extensive work) but kept me updated at every point in the process. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny. They went above and beyond and I am grateful.

I purchased my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport S Eco-Diesel on my birthday from David Wells. This was the only enjoyable time I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Any questions I had were answered and had zero pressure to buy anything.

I took my 2014 Chrysler 300 to this dealership for service June 22,2018. I had purchased a service package through another Chrysler dealership which would be honored at ANY other Chrysler dealer. I called River Oaks ahead of time to verify this prior to taking my car, which they confirmed. Upon having the vehicle serviced they informed me they could not honor this package until after the vehicle had been serviced and I was ready to check out. I subsequently paid the balance. Roughly after 200 miles of driving the scatter plate under the oil pan came loose and fell off due to the technicians not properly tightening the part after maintenance. I lost one lug nut on one tire, upon checking the rest I found others on the same tire to be loose. When I took my car to be serviced at another dealership they informed me that a recall had been issued June 21,2018. River Oaks failed to notify me of this recall which I am having this issue addressed at a competing dealership. I will no longer have my car serviced at this dealership.

Amazing customer service from Rene and Paul at River Oaks dealership with the internet services department! My husband and I purchased our Grand Cherokee from them without any issues or haggling. They gave us the best price and have been more than accommodating in getting us exactly what we want! Highly recommend this dealership and purchasing from them!

Other than waiting to long for the place to open and register my vehicle for service it was a very good experience. Not enough service agents to handle the morning traffic. I needed a return ride after dropping off my vehicle, and the service was very prompt.

I did not expect that my inquiry would lead to a sale on my first visit, though Paul was so thoroughly informed, honest and helpful, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler. The whole process was unrushed though efficient. The owner visited with me, sharing his work with the community, returning to Houston some of the blessings he gained during his years of business at this location. Awesome experience.

Needed a required software update for my Ram 1500, River Oaks was the only dealer who would accept me without an appointment. I was very pleased with the service and the representatives that assisted me when I initially dropped the truck off. They got it updated well within the time frame they first estimated. Overall, Everyone there was super nice and it was a great first time experience. Also, the cold brew coffee was amazing!
