23This apartment is not worth what you will be paying. Everything falls apart, and is cheap. I’ve had 2 fridges go out on me. Little things here and there that I’ve had to have maintenance come fix. The only good thing is maintenance because they come the same or next day you call. The outside dumpsters over fill so people start pouring trash on the ground and that happens every week. For the amount I’m paying, i could’ve found something better but i was desperate to move. Please explore ur options before looking here
Apartments are horrible they have rats outside on the ground the work system sucks I ask them to fixit and they told me I had to wait for the city to fix it. They charge outrageous late fees even know they apartments it’s up to code this is the worst place to ever wanna move you’ll be better living out your car this is my first apartment and ROCKRIDGE SPRINGS WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN AFTER MY LEASE IS UP!
Do not move here after the flood they had mice infestion and they still do I just moved from there.
