This was absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. I called the dealership twice to verify they had the car I wanted on their lot and was told yes. Drove over an hour to get there to be told that not only did they not have that car, but didn’t have any of that model. The lack of training and professionalism from this dealership is appalling. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Great service and a free car wash and vacuum. Can't beat that. I always bring my car to Ron Carter because I know my service rep Adrian Chapa will take good care of my vehicle.

Nick Hernandez is over heck of a salesman. I wouldn't have thought to actually start as long as did at any dealership, but he made me and my son who went along with me, feel like family. I give Nick Hernandez at Ron Carter Clear Lake Hyundai two thumbs up! Thanks Nick. And of course you too, Brandon Sandoval!

WORST DEALERSHIP i’ve ever been to. If I could give them no stars I would. I got a car in May. The sale portion before I signed was great but once that happen things started going down hill. About a week after I got the car they called and texted me about 15 times in one day about a document they forgot to have me sign mind you i’m at work in meetings. I told them I would come as soon as I could during that week because I had work and they are a hour and a half from where I work and a hour from my home. I go sign it and asked them are sure this is the last thing I need to do. TJ said yes.the next week they called me to come there because it was something else they needed from me and forgot on my first two visits. TJ thought putting gas in my car was compensation enough when it wasn’t about the gas it was about the inconvenience because after driving a hour to get there I would wait for a hour or MORE! You blew my phone up just to not have what I needed ready for me to sign? After going up there 3times I get pulled over about a week later because my tag is a dealers tag and not an owners tag. I asked TJ and he said the police was wrong and it was the correct tag.luckily the cop let me off with a warning. Then my temporary tag was about to expire so I asked TJ could I get one with an extended date on it until my real tag came in.he said yes just COME UP HERE for the 4th damn time to not get an extended tag but a piece of paper basically saying the tags were backed up cause of covid especially after the last time i felt like he tried to guilt trip me by telling me he cash app’d me $25 of his own money when i got tired of waiting a hour just to sign a paper and him to fill my tank up. I just left instead because like i stated it wasn’t about the gas.at that point I asked to speak with his supervisor cause why cant you just email it to me and I print it? He said they couldn’t do that I had to come up there. I called the front desk and I believe the lady that helped me was Amanda or Anna I was so frustrated because she said oh no you don’t need to come up here I can just email you an extended tag to put on your car in five minutes and she did! I was so appreciative of her.to make matters worse though had I drove up there for the temporary one I would have had to go back up there two days later because my real tag came in. I will never go back there. I wouldn’t even get my car serviced there if they were the only hyundai in houston I would rather drive 6hrs before I go there again. GO TO ANY OTHER HYUNDAI!

I came in expecting to get the run around due to my credit. Jeremy Vasseur was able to get me financed for a brand new Accent! The car is everything I could have wanted and I feel so much more professional. Thank you so much!

Very rude and not professional. Terrible customer service. I contacted the General Manager regarding the issues never emailed or return my call. Really upset and disappointed with this Ron Carter Hyundai.

Worst dealership I have ever been to do your approval online then they call you over and over again to tell you that you are approved for a certain amount and have you come to the dealership I drove 45 minutes to get there for them to tell me that I wasn’t approved for the amount that they said and that I would have to put down a giant lump some of money and come to find out the person that you have been talking to about all this doesn’t even work at the dealership they work in a call center

Moe Shurafa gave us a great deal in buying our new car, he is honest and help with complete explanation of how the buying process will go, save your time and energy.by the way this is the Fifth car I personally buy with Moe's help to myself and my children too.

Wasted my time unfriendly staff just horrible service overall i wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone they lied to me and tricked me to come in all i received was a bag of popcorn and i was sent out the door huge waste of my time!

This place is hectic, they don’t know what they are doing in there at times. I had to go up there 2 times because they failed to give me all of my paperwork on the car. I’ll never shop here again for a new car. Love my car but the expert wasn’t the best

I found a car online and came in to see it. I was promptly addressed by reception and escorted to meet Carlos, the sales guy. He was kind and friendly. Informative and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me and gave me time to think when I asked. Everyone I talked to was helpful and nice. The place smells like buttered popcorn.

If your gonna shop here, ask for Sean, and only Sean. The best salesman I have ever dealt with. As far as finance, Hugo is the bomb!
