Just bought my first vehicle. I’m more than satisfied with the customer service that was given to me. Luisa Cauich was extremely helpful. Listened to my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured. I recommend coming to this car dealership. Make sure you ask for Luisa, she will take care of you as if you were family.

My sales guy was off so he gave me Mike name and ask me to look for him when I make it there. I have never ever experience a wonderful car buying experience before. This was amazing. I mean truly amazing, why go anywhere else. I finally have my dream car thanks so much Mike and everyone at Ron Carter Hyundai. You guys are AWESOME! Ask for Mike when you go. I would never recommend this place to anyone.very shady. I found a vehicle online and sent in the online inquiry. Someone name Alexis Garza called me immediately. I made an appointment with her and continued to talk with her via email. The internet sales manager also called me. I spoke to both of them about doing the finance application and they both confirmed the price with me.
Unlike other dealerships, they would not give me any information via phone. They kept insisting I have to come in. I wanted the vehicle, so I did. However, I told them that I didn't want to waist their or my time. She assured me everything would be ready when I got there.
When I got there, I was given a new sales person who knew nothing about why we were there. So we started from scratch. Additionally, they decided to raise the price online $6,000. (Take a screenshot!) Thankfully I had the screenshot. However, they tried to make me believe that's only the price if you pay cash.still didn't change the fact that they changed it drastically online. While waiting we read a lot of bad reviews of the exact same thing happening to other people. They also tried to sneak in accessories that we didn't ask for.
I went in wanting to buy the car they advertised for the price they advertised and they tried to bait me and switch the price. I will never recommend them or buy from a Ron Carter facility again. Shady shady people here.

I was baited to come to Ron Carter Hyundai with a post of a truck on Letgo for $5000.00 I confirmed with the salesman in writing via the app.the price and went to purchase the vehicle. Since it was a surprise for my husband I drove to the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and decided to purchase it but would do so the following day as the salesman said the manager wanted to have the vehicle reinspected, washed and ready to go for me then. I arranged a ride to the dealership and when I arrived the salesman wasn't there. I filled out paperwork to purchase the truck, ready to pay and was told that the price of the vehicle was $14388.00. Needless to say I was beyond upset. The manager came and told me they would not sell me the vehicle for the agreed price and asked if I had a buyer's order from the night before. Obviously, I did not. Of course when YOU have verbally confirmed the information and had written confirmation and you are at a dealership you would think it was on the up and up, but obviously IT WAS NOT!
NO EXCUSES! JUST BAD BUSINESS!

Came in looking for a new car after I totaled my car in a wreck. I was looking for a family oriented car with nice tech features! Luisa (Cauchi) helped me find exactly what I was looking for with a more than affordable price. She’s phenomenal. If you’re looking for a great sales person with lots of patience go visit her. I received great service from everyone at the dealership, especially Brenda Lee and Tony Gomez. They also have a great waiting room with popcorn and games available. I would definitely recommend them!

Bought my first car there. Have a good service and parts center also. The loaners are good. However, thoroughly check the vehicle on pick up and drop off. I had to pay thousands to fix a "hole" in the bumper that I don't think happened when I was using the car. Sales people are quick and motivated. Also, got one free car payment once for referring someone.

False advertising! They say on web site 2018 sonata $16.007 buy now or make your best offer. Tuesday it said 15,507, now 16,897.go in and they say 21k. Drove 6 hours each way with my daughter and 2 sons.what a nightmare!

After dealing with several dealerships and almost given up. My husband & I decided to go to Ron Carter and Angel Mejia our Salesperson made it happen within minutes. His service was excellent from the beginning to the end and worked with what we wanted from the vehicle to are monthly payments. I would definitely recommend Angel Mejia!
