As a first time buyer, this was the best experience I could’ve asked for! Jay helped explain every step to me, was personable, and so very sweet during this whole process! I felt like I was in good hands with him and Audrey as they walked me through getting my new car! Thank you, Jay!

Ron Carter League City is by far the best Jeep dealership I have been to so far. Wes, in Service, went out of his way for me every step of the way. I was concerned about an ETC light on the dashboard of my Jeep that just popped up on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I am a single Mom so I have to be extra cautious that my Jeep is always running smoothly. I cannot risk getting stranded. Wes got me in the very next day and resolved my issue. I even met the mechanic who was amazing too. They explained everything to me. I feel safe and at peace on the road now. I will definitely go back to see Wes for all of my Jeep needs.

Service department is very expensive, luckily I asked before having them work on my truck. They told me 180 to diagnose a code I understand that they have to pay employees for work but it doesn’t mean things should be as expensive. The lady whom greeted me was nice as they have been in the past which is good but can’t stomach the prices for everything so I will be going somewhere else.

After a bad experience from a larger dealership, I decided to give this service department a try. I was very pleased with the service we received and addressing all of my concerns. I am a former service employee myself and felt the service department did a fair job and appreciated not trying to “sell” me additional unnecessary services. I wanted to give five stars yet the communication with me could have been a bit better and it appears my truck was stored in a gravel parking lot of sorts as the tires were muddy. I know I’m picky and it could be a temporary issue. I will return again with my other vehicle, soon.

Excellent service all the way around! I would like the extend a thank you to my car salesman Frank A, from my initial phone call to my visit at Ron Carter. I received nothing less than five star service. Also, I received great service from Raul L & Chance. I have very high standards when it come to customer service and Frank, Raul L, Chance & Ron Carter met my expectations. No hassle, professional & honesty goes a long way.

Bad, tried to rip us off on price. Only thing good about it is that you can go and get free snacks and drinks. If you do go, go to Ms. Rivera she's the best person you can get to help you

Left an expensive water bottle in the waiting area near parts and service. Called immediately and was told they couldn’t find it. Called back an hour later and a different person answered. He walked over there and found it. This is why 2 stars instead of one. I went immediately to pick it up. I approached the cashier desk at the same time as an employee. The person behind the desk ignored me and started asking her coworker about how to water her orchid.

I came to Ron Carter League City/Dickinson on Wednesday 6/13/18 to have my 14’ Dodge Charger serviced and I will start off by saying the work was done pretty fast. It was faster than I expected. I normally go to RC Alvin but I needed to go to a closer location this time. I was under the assumption that all RC’s in the local area would have my info in their system, but I guess not. #1. My service advisor was Wes. He seemed to be quite nonchalant and uninterested in providing good customer service. Wes gave me an estimate on the work that needed to be done on my car (ABS/traction sensor light was on) and he didn’t even bother to ask or research if I had an extended warranty on my car. I had to tell him that I had one, as I once again, just assumed it would be in their system. After I told him I had Master Tech, he then proceeded to ask me for their phone number. I was a little baffled as I would thought with him being the SA, he would already have at least their contact info or know how to retrieve it on his own. Luckily I had my wallet sized card with their contact info. #2. After he applied verified and applied my extended warranty, he somehow calculated the wrong price. He didn’t even tell me how much my total was, he came and got me from the lobby, walked me to the cashier’s desk and told the *cashier* what my total was. I would think the customer should be informed 1st of the price before you walk them to the cashier’s desk, BUT I should’ve just asked him myself. I had a $100 deductible, $60 oil change and tire rotation that was $10. He was telling the cashier that my total was $220.100+60+10 DOES NOT equal 220. I kept asking him how he was coming up with 220 and that my total should be “170 something”. After about 3-4 minutes of us going back and forth while he was trying to explain to me how he came up with 220, (his reasoning was not making any sense) the cashier decided to calculate my total manually and came up with 173. Wes didn’t even apologize for the miscalculation on his part nor did he even acknowledge that I was right. He just shook my hand and said thank you. Just total disregard for his mistake. I understand that it’s hard to acknowledge when you are wrong, but as professionals we have to own up to our mistakes for the sake of consumer relationship. I won’t be returning to this location.

Steve W was a huge help. He helped us find a car in our price range in the middle of the pouring rain and no power. He was really wonderful.

Horrible Customer Service, at 6: 55 a.m. I wanted to drop my grand caravan off, a guy yells at me from inside that he's not open and there isn't a own for the night box.

Really can't believe the incredible level of good service we got from Mike and Adam in the parts dept, I'm UK based and they sent me all the details I needed for a Ram repair here and I didn't spend a dime with them, just honest free advice and help, thank you Paul

This has been one of the worst experiences with a dodge service center. I took our truck into the dealer on Saturday because our ac was not blowing cold. They saw a hole on the line so we needed it replaced. The guy we spoke with, Wes, told me the only part in stock was in Dallas, that there was none in the Houston area, and would have to get shipped and be in on Monday or Tuesday. I found one by calling a dealer in Katy, so I bought the part. Went in on Monday and they installed the line. It took about 3 hours for the replacement. I was quoted on the phone by Wes $325 for the job. When I went to pay, the total came out to $440 and he made a big deal about not charging me $30 for the recharge of the refrigerant but I still paid over the quoted price. So I drove home and the ac was still not blowing cold even though they checked it out. Brought it back in Wednesday, it sat for 2 hrs and now they're saying the condenser has a leak. I've gotten two stories from them. First they just found the leak today then when I asked again supposedly they knew about the leak Monday and were supposed to call. I've called them 4 times today to ask the mechanic where the leak is and every time there is an excuse as to why he isn't available. So as of now my husband and I both think they are just out for money. This is ridiculous. We will not be going back there again.

Pay attention to the Gap insurance offered here! What they don't tell you is this Gap company will not cover you 100% like Enterprise Car Sales and some others! Buyers Beware and read the fine print, left me stuck out after Hurricane Harvey!

DO NOT BUY HERE! I had the worst experience trying to buy a Jeep here. The sales and finance folks were hiding costs and got upset when I asked where the additional money came from. They lowballed me so hard on my trade it was insulting. I authorized them to pull my credit ONLY once (these guys do this every day and know where to send your application to based on what they see). So far, I've now had 7 hard inquiries from them tanking my credit.

I bought elsewhere and will not ever even think of buying from them nor will I ever buy parts or servicing there.
