Service department is slow and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a ten minute job. They kept my car for 24 hrs and still didn't get it done. Then the tech left for the weekend, no call to let me know or apology.

It took this place 5 days just to change a fuel pump. The guy that was in the front desk service area was the most unprofessional person I have seen. He cussed at us on multiple occasions I would highly highly recommend someone go to another dodge dealership. If I could give no stars I would.

I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from this dealership Feburary 28,2018.3 months later my car has broken down the ENGINE BLEW OUT! I only put 6,000 miles on the car! When I bought the car it only had 66,000 miles on it! I did nothing wrong before this happened! Before the engine blew out I had numerous problems with the car! 2 weeks after I got my car the engine light came on for a couple of days and then went off. 1 month later my AC went out! I reached out to the dealership after my AC went and they weren’t really concerned nor were they helpful! Then shortly after my AC went out my car key broke and I didn’t have a spare because the dealership claimed they didn’t have a spare! So I was starting my car with my bare hand and I lost the ability to lock my car! I have notified the dealership about the engine going out and they seem very unwilling to help. I am having the car towed their to see what they will do! If you are planning on buying a car from this dealership I advise you to be very careful! I was sold a lemon!
