My Trane heat pump quit on one of the hottest days here in San Antonio. Staff at Rosenberg was very professional and assisted me with their earliest available appointment.
Needless to say I spent two uncomfortable nights waiting for the technician to arrive. But it was worth it.
Technician Derrick impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Explained everything I asked him about and was clear in helping me understand the causes for the related A/C unit repair.
Am pleased that his experience and expertise resulted in the successful completion of the repair, and now I am basking once again in a comfortable cool home environment.
