Ross Dress for Less, Plano TX

It was a nice shopping trip. Wish they had time to restock the shelves. It an odd time of year.

Always have loved Ross stores and always will. Unique one of ones at times and also a great place with great prices. I recommend customers to shop here for great items from bath to closing to decor etc. Top notch.

This location really surprised me! I just went in waiting on someone, I glanced around for a minute and little did I know I had 5 items in my hand that I couldn't leave without! I left with a 10lb kettle bell and lots of home supplies. Definitely coming back!

Horrible costumer service. Everything is always a mess and the bathrooms are dirty. Don't shop here just go to Burlington across the highway.

Slimmer selection available compared to other Ross stores I have been in. The bathroom was not good, felt bad to have taken my kid in there.

Great and helpful employee's! Bathroom needed to be maintenanced but other than that the racks were organized, the prices were great and i like the fact that there's a loss prevention guy at the front of the store.

OK. I have to admit I thought this was going to be some boring woman's clothing store. I was pleasantly surprised they actually have some guy stuff in there. Car detailing items, tools, knives and a large selection of gadgets

Excellent place for finding great brands and styles. It's not Louis Vuitton, but the brands here are quite comparable to other major clothing outlets. Dress for less.

We went there for a coat and I bet they had five at this particular location in Plano. No winter clothes really bad inventory.

This store is trash i bought a comforter from them and now i have a case of bed bugs im so pissed just gross never buy bedding from ross ever

The clothes are good but the customer services is lacking. The two woman by the fittings rooms are cold and unhelpful. Don't expect friendly smiles wanting help from them. Don't use the restroom here. Hold it and go somewhere else.

I love that place because it has all sizes from small to extra extra extra large to medium it just a place to go to when you want something to find get quite.

I went shopping for a few work pants and came home with a giant bag of clothes, Sketcher slip-on shoes and some super cute laced boots. After showing my daughter, I went back the next day to buy her a couple cute crop tops and ended up buying another big bag full of clothes for her. The best part is I only spent a total of $300 for those big shopping bags fulls. Ross

Like any Ross, this is a hit or miss. This is one of the most unorganized locations I’ve been too. I feel like it’s just very messy and things are scattered all over the place. It’s also very packed and lines are long and slow

Customer service is almost nonexistent unless you count loss prevention. The store was not stocked and each isle was awfully messy.

They have a lot of good product at good prices. Tuesday is a senior day. Free parking and a ramp.

Brand names for very.low prices. I bought my 12 year old son Nike Shirt and Adidas Shirt each for $5.55! That's less than what thrift stores want-)

Lots of great stuff. Clean. I got nice Steve Madden bedsheets for less than 20 bucks. They were a steal
